Each bedroom offers a grand view of the intracoastal. Two bedrooms offer plush queen size beds. The third bedroom is kid friendly offering a full over twin bunk bed and a single bed with trundle.There is more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. At the end of the day, roast marshmallows, tell stories around the fire pit, or just simply relax and enjoy the outdoor hammock as the stars come out to dot the sky.



In addition, take in a little history during your stay as all of the sights and activities of Historic St. Augustine are located within a 15 minute drive of the home. Also just a few minutes away, enjoy fishing or paddleboarding in the beautiful Matanzas Inlet, take a free water taxi ride to the Matanzas fort on the intracoastal, or spend a day exploring Marineland and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, one of Florida's hidden treasures of history and nature!

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an adult) and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
