Large Waterfront Property Sussex Inlet

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this property highly enough. The owner’s communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. Thank you Richard and Amy. We are super grateful for your patience and help with our questions.The house was well set up for our large group, with plenty of space and great kitchen facilities that made catering for everyone simple. It was just so nice to have a house that advertises for 16 people and actually caters for 16 people of ALL ages. Although we didn't use the toddler/infant facilities, I did notice how thoughtful the owners were for supplying them. For a group of 14, there was ample space for our families. We weren't on top of each other and I defintiely got my step count up walking from the jetty to the kitchen. The kids absolutely loved the kayaks and spent hours enjoying them. The direct access to the inlet was a real highlight and perfect for endless fishing. We also really appreciated never running out of hot water, even with so many of us staying - it's something we've unfornately taken for granted at other places we've stayed. A wonderful place for a relaxing and memorable annual family getaway. Just waiting to book our next trip back.

Excellent place, very spacious for kids (lots a toys too), there big lounge downstairs and smaller one upstairs, 15mins walk to local shops, we used firepit and even canoe. We fished on the jetty and caught decent size flatty on SP. Hoping to come back in Summer!

Good location, close to shops. Plenty of room. Nice to be on the inlet, lots of pelicans, ducks and black swans.

Great house and location

Plenty of space for large family or group. All facilities were great, great location on the lake

Chance to get the family together and it didn’t disappoint. Kids made a lot of memories.

Our large family group enjoyed our stay at the property. It was spacious and we made good use of the waterfront location - kayaking, boating, fishing. The water was very calm so it was great for the kids to paddle on. Communication with the owner Amy was excellent. It could be cleaner with some stains on the plastic cups/bowls and mould, dried blood and stains on some of the bedding (only noticed after stripping the beds as per the instructions in the manual). Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for having us.

The house had everything we needed. Hassle free and great location. We will definitely come back.

The view was incredible and we made some core memories! It was really cold so we couldn’t be outside much but there were a lot of things to keep us entertained thanks for giving us the experience
