Large Waterfront Home,4 bdrm/3Ba, sleeps 8-10, private parking, game room, dock

The lake view alone sold me on this property. Was up early every morning just for the sunrises. Spent a great deal of time in the family room as it was perfect for us for tv watching, games or just talking. The beds were comfortable and the details even with the little things were not overlooked.

The views were beautiful. The decks with seating, lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would stay here again!

What a spectacular home and view. Amenities were as described, beds were extremely comfortable. Family room included pool table, darts and game table.House is centrally located to multiple attractions.We would definetly stay again.

The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Check in was effortless, ample parking. Aimee was prompt getting back to us. The pool table was enjoyed by the entire family. The swimming was great.

We absolutely loved this place. Right on the lake with a great dock and multiple decks to take in the views. House was stocked with everything you could need and the game room was killer, with a dart board and full size pool table. We will definitely be staying here again. There are a fair amount of stairs to negotiate but that goes with pretty much any house on Keuka. Aimee the host was awesome, very nice and very responsive. We had an awesome vacation!!

We loved the location and the inside of this house. The outside not so much, it really needs some TLC. See pics attached. A good landscaping job would really upgrade this beautiful house.

We had a very pleasant week. The location on the lake is great, the dock is in perfect condition, and we all had fun with the pool table and darts when we wanted a little indoor time. There was plenty of room for eight people to spread out. We did not mind the stairs, but if you’re someone that struggles with steps, there are plenty of them as noted in the pictures and description. Parking on that side of the lake can be a challenge, but we were able to fit both of our trucks and a boat trailer across the street in the designated parking. Beautiful home!

A great weekend enjoyed by all. Winter on the lake is so beautiful. The views from Better in Blue are outstanding. We've stayed in several rentals and the views here were by far the best. Great location for the wine trip,plenty of room for 6, very clean, lots to enjoy.Thank You for sharing your place with us !! :)

This house was amazing! SO CLEAN! Perfect for a weekend away with family and friends! Views are stunning. My only complaint would be there was one very uncomfortable bed! (Double bed) Other than that we only have good things to say about this place! We hope to be back again soon!

We were in town for a wedding, this house was perfect. Set up for multiple adults, each their own privacy but also great gathering spots. The morning view can’t be beat.

Had a wonderful time here with the family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the game room was entertaining. Beautiful location right on the water!

We’ve rented so many spots on Keuka and this was by far the best. The number of thoughtful touches making it easy for kids was crazy. We way over-packed not realizing they had everything we could have possibly needed already! It was clean and the owner was so communicative. Windows in the living room over-looking the lake were such a show piece too! 5/5!

We stayed here for a week. The beginning of the week was rainy but we were able to enjoy the lake with the beautiful veiw frim the large windows. The game room was very nice also during the rainy days. On the sunny days the kayaks and water toys were great. All of the water toys were clean and easily accessible. The dock was great as well as the walk in beach area.

We brought our kids and grandkids for time away at keuka lake. The setting is perfect. Very serene and relaxing. The kids loved kayaking and swimming in the lake.

The cottage worked great for us. It offered plenty of space, and the game room was great for our group. The water and dock were beautiful!

My family along with my sister-in-law's family stayed for an idyllic week in August. Some of the wonderful things: - The house is great, with 3 levels and plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children (all girls). It's well-equipped. - The house is kid-friendly. 3 of the girls stayed in the room with the bunk bed, and the other girl stayed in our room in a crib we had brought. The house is very well equipped. They even have toddler-friendly toilet seats on 2 of the bathrooms, and a toddler step stool - they thought about a lot. - Lake views are amazing. You are on the side of the Lake that gets the sun in the morning. The views from the family room are to die for. - The Lake is amazing. The shore that gives to the house provided a lot of fun - the girls spent a lot of time looking for little shells. They provide kayaks and life jackets which we used in the mornings, and we parked a pontoon boat rental on the dock, so we spent a lot of time lazying around the lake. We rented water skis and wakeboards from a Morgan Marine and our daughters learned to water ski! - My wife and her sister are beach lovers, but this trip turned them into Lake converts. It's our second time in Keuka and our third time in the Finger Lakes region - but this was unanimously our favorite visit. Thank you for letting us use your house, we loved it.

The photos of this property do not do justice to just how beautiful this place is. Even with a few hiccups due to weather and a power outage our expectations were matched with each day. The new dock was beautiful and the amenities were all covered. Aimee made sure that if there was something that might be needed…it was somewhere in the house. Very clean and tidy and not cluttered at all. Felt like home for the week.

We loved this spacious house right on the water. It had a very well stocked kitchen for cooking and items to enjoy time on the lake: 3 kayaks, life vests, a nice dock. It was a perfect lake vacation! The pool table in the cute old English pub themed first floor space provided lots of fun on the one rainy day! Would definitely stay again.

We truly enjoyed our time at Better in Blue. The house was clean, very well stocked and simply a great place to stay. Combine that with a very responsive host and you have a winner!
