Skier Access during ski season: There are multiple options for getting to the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort.
1. Drive 1.5 miles to skier parking at the Gondola lots.
2. Late Nov-early April, take the free shuttle just 20 yards outside the front door to Peak 9.
3. Use the intermediate/advanced ski-in/out trail: To access this trail, the user walks 50 yards from the front door to an outdoor stairway leading to the trail where skier puts on skis and then navigates a narrow trail to Peak 9. This trail is not groomed by the resort, may require polling in some sections, and is snow dependent. The trail typically has enough snow from late December to end of March. Returning to this trailhead from the ski resort requires descent on an expert level Peak 10 trail, or a free shuttle ride back to the townhome. Very detailed instructions for this trail complete with photographs will be found in the townhome. Please ask questions prior to booking if choosing this home is dependent on the ski-in trail!
Christmas/New Year 2024: Reservations including the night of Dec 25, must check out by Dec 27, unless also booking the night of Jan 1. Reservations booking the night of Jan 1, may not arrive prior to Dec 27 unless also booking the night of Dec 25.

Great stay in Breck. House is beautiful and perfectly accommodated our large group. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/etc. so meals were easy. Loved the hot tub (and views!). Fun ski-in/ski-out location. Really enjoyed our time there and would book again.
Was easily able to accommodate a ten person ski group. The location is close to the slopes but it is a little bit of a hike to get to them so some members of the party ended up taking the shuttle. The patio and the views are unbelievable.
So many things to love about this place. For starters, the views are even better than the pictures. The attention to detail (like enough toilet paper(!), great communication, spotless cleaning, well-stocked kitchen and helpful reminder notes for guests...the specifically useful for our teenagers) made for an easy stay. The condo itself has a great layout for a large group, including a seating/gathering area adjacent to the kitchen (that looks out over the town of Breckenridge) which allowed people to hang out by the kitchen (because isn't that what always happens anyway?!) without being in each other's way. And the hand made furniture and refinished woodwork made the place seem extra special. Highly recommend.
Impeccably clean, kept, and managed. Well appointed and stocked house that is an easy drive or shuttle ride to town/ ski areas. Probably the most well managed property any of our group has used in 15+ years of home stays.
We were two families (nine in all). Plenty of room for all of us. Very nice property with comfy beds. Ski in and out not easy for beginners but there is a free shuttle to the base of beaver run. A couple of small hiccups with maintenance directly interacting with us and not the property manager but did not detract from the stay. I would recommend
Wonderful rental with fantastic views of downtown Breck. Easy to ski in for intermediate and better skiers. Lots of areas to hang out together or get some space. Well equipped and luxurious. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful experience staying at Sunrise Point. The home was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The layout of the home allows for privacy as well as numerous social areas. The view in every direction was fabulous! Hope to get back again next year.
Our group had an excellent stay. We were all very impressed with the house, was large enough for our group of 12. There was an issue with the hot tub but a tech came out the next day to fix it.
Our group of 9 adults stayed 3 nights during ski season, and really enjoyed this house. Everything is good quality, even down to smaller details such as good kitchen knives. The large dining table gave us a place for group meals and games in the evening. There was sufficient hot water and water pressure in all bathrooms. Parking for 4 vehicles (2 in garage and 2 on pad outside of garage) was very helpful for us. The only downside we experienced was that returning to the house directly from skiing was not possible because Lower Lehman run was closed. We would rent this house again.
