Large Unique & Artistic Lake Michigan Beachfront House with Awesome Game Room

Great space, very clean. Beautiful views. Loved having a full kitchen. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Overall after a few days we were settling into the house and it felt a bit like home away from home. Will definitely return!

The backyard and location on the lake is the star of this listing. The backyard and outdoor amenities provided was excellent. The architecture of the home is also unique and has plenty of space for people to spread out and come together. The internet worked well and the kitchen was well-stocked. The furniture in the living areas was comfortable.The renovations and updates listed in the description seem from a previous time. For example, the mattress in the master bedroom was sloped and dented. The bathrooms, kitchen, and wood floors were well cleaned. However, there was pet hair on items throughout the house, mouse dropping and dead bug carcasses in the 3rd floor bedroom, and some garbage that had been missed (e.g. old Culver's ice cream cup on screened-in porch shelf).We went before Memorial Day and only had four people, so place accommodated our needs at a good price for the location.

Perfect Summer Lake House! Amazing set up, fun games, unbelievable views of the lake. Close to Kohler and Sheboygan, the fire pit was a huge hit!

We loved our stay at this property. We were blown away by the beautiful views. The property had everything we needed, the master bedroom/bed were very comfortable (the only room we used) and we enjoyed watching the wildlife while eating dinner from the kitchen window. This would be a great place for multiple families or friend groups to stay during peak season!

Beautiful lake view as described. Accuracy of “new” master bed and leather furniture is not true. The bed had major intentions from overuse. Owner finally responded to my messages after I contacted vrbo.

Great stay! Master bedroom is beautiful. Great view of the lake. Nice water pressure in the shower. Cozy porch with beautiful views. Dark curtains in the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great.

Fireplace was warm. Parking in garage was good. We enjoyed the many games in the basement. Loved looking at and walking along Lake Michigan. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great weekend!

The location of this house is ideal-right on the beach, close to other communities and near the state park. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The game room has a wide variety of fantastic equipment and there were lots of options in the game closet.

The home was very comfortable , just like a home away from home except I don’t have a beautiful beach in my backyard!! The location is phenomenal, the beach is gorgeous, the neighborhood is very nice. Quick drive distance to stores and restaurants. Every person in our group LOVED their time there.

Great location.plenty beds but bedding/sheets are so so, no shampoo/ conditioner provided, had to go out to buy a sets but owner agreed to reimburse, kitchen was very convenient.

The house is just beautiful! Lots of outdoor lighting comes in the windows. The master bedroom is awesome! Kitchen had everything that we needed. The outdoor furniture was great! The best part was how close it was to get to the beach! We saw the most beautiful sunrises both mornings that we were there! Also, Uber is available to get a ride to Sheboygan and the American Club in Kohler. We had dinner at the Horse and Plow there and it was very good. Would definitely go back again!

Had completely everything we could need. Gorgeous view of the lake and wasy to get long walks along the shore .

House was great, plenty of room. We were able to park in the garage. Everything shown in the listing was available. TV was hard to figure out. Outside of house and grounds need more care. Communication with host was fine before we arrived but questions we had when we were there were never answered.

Fabulous time at the Sandcastle!! Communication was great house was lovely beach was amazing!! Lots of outside seating options, beds were comfortable, house was roomy and game room was super fun! Definitely would recommend!!

Great location. Beach was wonderful. House was beautiful & unique. There was a problem with the front door lock but Jason had it fixed right away. He was very friendly & helpful. I would bring my family back. My dog had plenty of room to roam outside.

Again, had a great stay at the “triangle house”. Clean and lovely home-the beach was wonderful and such a relaxing way to spend a few days with family. We cherished our time here.

We need more days! 4 of us girls @ 70yrs old - Absolutely Beautiful location but a lot of stairs for our older knees - couldn’t find the basement/gameroom door - later discovered it was in the garage behind the entry way door. Extremely well stocked home - one little disappointment (probably not the owners fault) but we did ask specifically if they had a blender- answer yes - but when we went to use it, it was cracked and broken! Bummer but over all

Well equipped house right on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Fire pit for cool evenings. Lots of games in unfinished basement. Stayed a week. Had most dinners at the house. Kitchen was well equipped. Family had a great trip.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The location is stunning and it had everything our group could need/want. We definitely hope to return.

We loved our week at the Sandcastle house! The house worked perfectly for 4 adults and 2 little dogs - comfortable, everyone slept well, good showers, large spaces, very well stocked kitchen. All we needed to bring was beach towels. But the real star here is the deck, view and beach leading to the clear lake. The view was gorgeous all day, every day, we had the beach almost completely to ourselves, the water was super cold but we still went in. We really spent every day outside on the deck, yard or beach and can't wait to be back there again soon.

Beautiful home - well furnished, comfortable, room for everyone. We appreciated the deck, fire pit, outdoor chairs, wonderful backyard with beautiful beach access. We also enjoyed the game room. Overall a great experience!!

We had a wonderful time with family, celebrating our retirement. The house is huge with plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The master suite is so relaxing! The beach, backyard, fire pit and deck were the biggest hit for us. The game room came in handy on a rainy day. We all loved our time at the Sandcastle!!!!

This setting cannot be beat! Gorgeous, unrestricted views of Lake Michigan; large, well-maintained yard; neighbors are far enough away and blocked by foliage so it feels completely private; pristine, soft sand beach. The house is flooded with light and tastefully decorated. Be aware that there are lots of steps (even on the multi-level first floor), if that is an issue for little ones or people with physical challenges. Indoors and outdoors, it was equipped with everything we needed and more, and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us (5 adults, 2 teens, and 2 toddlers). The basement game room was cool with all the fun activities. I think people would enjoy it even more if the host added some carpeting and seating to make it more comfortable to hang out in. Highlights for us were the beach, yard games, time around the fire pit, and having a beautiful, comfortable house to come into where we could still see and hear the lake. Overall, it was a beautiful place to spend a lakeside vacation and we had a marvelous time!

Beautiful property on an amazing lot with incredible views! Home was very clean well stocked and just as pictured. If you consider staying there, please consider making hummingbird food for the feeder that the owner kindly left in tree…There were so many hummingbirds that also added to the beauty!

This is our first time here in the area, the beach house had everything that we needed, very clean and spacious for my party. The beach and sunrise are breathtaking. Makes you forget that you're actually in the upper Midwest. We had a great time relaxing, exploring and fishing. Would definitely come again.

Beautiful house on fantastic beachfront. Very relaxing and quiet location. Gorgeous sunrises. Nice selection of cookware for preparing meals. Closet full of games for the family to play. Large deck with plenty of seating. I give this house my highest recommendation.

The property is absolutely wonderful for family and relaxation! Plenty of space as we prepared for our weekend wedding in Kolher, which was a mere 15mins from Ootsburg where our home was. Lake front was awesome,Ootsburg is a quaint town for easy shopping and groceries. It will be our 1st choice for our next visit to Sheboygan, WI.

Loved this location right on the lake! Great view of the waves crashing from the master bedroom, loved the fireplace, good gathering spaces for the family, and plenty of rooms for some privacy as well. Nice to sit outside by the firepit and walk along the water. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was very comfortable with great location next to Lake Michigan. Found several good restaurants close, but mainly just stayed close and had a few days to relax.

We stayed in the fall with family ranging from 7-65. The beach and view was so beautiful and relaxing. There was plenty of room to spread out or all be together. The games in the basement were the highlight for all ages.

We rented the house for a family trip. The house is large and has plenty of room for all. The house is in a perfect spot to watch the morning sunrise. It was nice to sit outside and use the fire pit. You can't beat the view at this house. The owner answers questions and is nice. We could recommend staying at this house.

We stayed 3 nights for our annual family weekend. This lake house was perfect in size and comfort for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The view of the lake is stunning from beautiful sunrises to sitting on the patio under the stars and relaxing by a fire and listening to the waves. We visited state parks during the day and had fun in the game room in the evening. A perfect family weekend!

Nice stay with lots to do. Could use a little tlc and upgrades but still it is a nice place to stay.

Good location, plenty of room. No air conditioning on second and third floor, so it was too warm for sleep on those floors. Kitchen and laundry were good.

Returning again we were pleasantly surprised that the water was lower and the beach was lovely! It made such a difference being able to swim and relax on the shore. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. Would highly recommend!
