This large summer house (over 3400 square feet) sits on a bluff with extraordinary views of both Lake Huron and the Maitland River. Steps to hiking, running and bike trails (GART Goderich to Guelph) and a short walk (850 m) to the beach. Come and spend some time in the historic town of Goderich and enjoy all summer has to offer.

Huge two-level deck with a 6-8 person hot tub. Have a midnight hot tub and look at the beautiful stars. The summer house has a patio set and two large Muskokachairs to relax on the deck and watch the hawks fly over the river valley. A patio table allows you to enjoy dinner and drinks on the deck. A fire pit and fenced- in yard complete the property. A great family vacation spot!

The property was a perfect fit for our familySpacious enough to give everyone their own space and comfortable enough to share meals/games as a group. The proximity of the property to the beach, downtown Goderich and golf courses made the location a base for all of our activities. The hot tub the view and the deck were bonus elements of property.
