Large Single Family home in spectacular condition and location

The home is as it looks-beautiful and comfortable! Quick response to concerns (though nothing material) and just good, honest people!

The house was amazing—probably the best in Sea Colony! The floors have been updated, along with two of the bathrooms and the kitchen, which made everything feel fresh and modern. Check-in was seamless, and the owner was extremely responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was an amazing experience! The house was spotless and the perfect space for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 pre-teens. Scott was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay, and always quick to respond. We left something behind, and he kindly offered to mail it to us! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer.

Best beach property that we have rented in 25 years of visiting Sea Colony. The home was as listed, in spectacular condition. Highly recommended.

The weather was only so-so but our vacation was wonderful because we were able to spend time in this terrific house.

This property was perfect for our family. Very convenient to the tram stop. A short walk to the fitness center and the aquatic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond.

House was clean and as described in listing. Super great location in the heart of SC but felt secluded in nice quiet area. Kitchen mostly well equipped but not large. Unable to use garages for extra vehicles but no problem parking three cars in driveway. Maybe bring a power strip if you have a lot of devices. Overall a great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and beautiful home. Having bathrooms with every bedroom made staying with family easy. Property owner was responsive. Location in Sea Colony was convenient - tram, pools, fitness center, tennis center all a quick walk. We’ll stay again!
