The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a peaceful area between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Enjoy the salt air off of the marsh, just outside of the sites and attractions of the city. The marsh water is just in your backyard and Tybee Island and its beaches are a short drive. This location is perfect for those looking to explore all that Savannah has to offer; the upbeat downtown and the tranquil islands.



Getting Around:

A car is definitely not required here but might be nice to have for guests who want to frequent areas a little further away from the home. If you decide to bring a car we offer free parking at the home. Our home is a quick 10 minute drive/ride share app from the heart of downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach. Ubers/Lyft and other ride share apps are very reasonable for quick rides to the best parts of Savannah. Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable or great for bikes. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of the home.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.

–Pets are not allowed at this property.

–We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

    Myself and 7 of my friends spent a girls weekend at the house. We had a very good time! The house fit all our needs and we were able to spread out as there was a lot of room. The host was very friendly and accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The fire pit was a very nice place outside too to congregate with a beautiful view of the marsh. Definitely will be using this company again!

    Great space for everyone to gather. Super fast communications. Hot tub and views off the dock were nice. Only issue was the dishwasher. We had to do dishes by hand. I will communicte concern with the host. Im sure theyll address quiclky. Would definitely stay here again.

    The property was nice and a great size for our big family. We had issues with the entry code at first but the quick response was impressive.The only con we found was the hot tub was suspect as the bubbles were brown.
