Great house. Great location. Everything you need !

We had an amazing stay at this beach house with a group of friends on a fishing trip. The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. It was also exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. One of the best features was the location—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The pool was absolutely amazing and quickly became a favorite gathering spot for our group. The fire pit and games in the back yard were also a hit. After long days of fishing and fun in the sun, we appreciated the comfortable beds and cozy accommodations. This property truly had everything we could ask for and made for a memorable getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with family or friends.

My family and I stayed at this home with our two kids, and it was absolutely perfect. The first couple of days were freezing, which actually made it ideal for cozy indoor time—this house is great for just hanging out together, and it's also close to plenty of activities. The rest of the week was chilly as well, but the owners turned on the pool heat at our request, and it was perfect. The water temperature was amazing. The home itself was very well taken care of and fully stocked with everything we needed. We cannot wait to stay here again—our family made some truly amazing memories.

My family, some friends and I stayed at Beach Blvd recently for a fun filled getaway. The house was perfect for our large group. The house was very clean, great spots to lounge, and plenty of space for all of us to eat. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Outside was amazing too. The backyard was awesome all day into the evening with a pool and firepit and plenty of places for us all to gather. We did come for the beach and it was only steps away. One highlight of every day was catching the sunset on the beach every day. It was always a sight to see. Walks along the beach are awesome and there are restaurants within walking distance. Shopping is nearby as well so you can pick up food and drinks for home. Overall the house is in a great location for staying put, going out, relaxing, playing, whatever you choose. You can't go wrong with this choice. Everyone in our group rated this house two thumbs up! I hope we get a chance to come back soon. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for their hospitality.

This beach house is an dream vacation spot, offering a blend of spacious comfort, incredible amenities with a gorgeous pool and endless outdoor fun with games for all ages and a great fire pit area. The property manager was very helpful and responsive which made for a great stay. The house was decorated nicely for Christmas 🎄 and we enjoyed our treats.

This beautiful beach house is in an amazing and convenient to stores and restaurants. The home is just steps from the beach on a very quiet street. A fully stocked kitchen made preparing meals very easy. The pool area is fantastic, an extra large pool with an area for kids to run around. The fire pit out back was fun to make s'mores and hang out in the comfy chairs. We will be back.

The house looks just like the pictures and the beach access is right across the street. We did get frustrated with commutation (couldn’t get them answer the phone) but they would text back. We paid for early check in and the code didn’t work so we had to wait for them to respond with a different code. We had a few mishaps and broken items (ice maker was broke, pool light was broke, empty gas tanks for grill, broken pool toys and floats crowding outdoor shower). They resolved our issues but we eventually felt like we were bothering them and just let stuff go. Overall we liked the house and had a good time.

We had a great experience with this beach house. We stayed at this home for our family vacation. We have a family of 5 kids (3 of which are 3 years old and under). The house was perfect for our family. My parents stayed with us as well so even with 9 people in the home we always felt we had more than enough space for all of us. The home was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was perfect and though you’re not right on the beach, the brief walk to the beach was not inconvenient at all! We fully plan to stay here again in the future!

The house was great for our two families. We had 4 adults and 8 kids. The pool was fantastic and walking across the street to the beach was amazing. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. We highly recommend.

The stay was great. The house was as pictured. Had everything we could have needed. The host/vbro was very prompt to our needs. Best location, very spacious. We had 8 people with plenty of room to spare. Would stay again. Plenty of parking, up to 4. The pool was nice and had ample amount of seating. All the dishes you needed to prepare a meal, some commonly used ingredients as well. Games, beach chairs and toys, connect 4 game by the pool. Can’t say enough about this place.

Our family of 8 stayed for 6 nights and found this home to be extremely inviting and comfortable for us all. We utilized the kitchen and dining spaces quite comfortably. The kids were thoroughly impressed with the pool and the fire pit. The rooms are so spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. We truly appreciated the amount of seating inside and out. No matter if we were all together or spaced out, there was an opportunity for quality family time to be shared. My one note to other travelers, to help prepare for what is needed to pack, bring your own beach towels, hand towels and kitchen towels, trash bags and toilet paper. While there were 2 trash bags provided, and toilet paper in each bathroom, additional stock is not provided. We purchased hand towels and kitchen towels for our own convenience. This part would be my only negative for this rental. The beach is truly just across the quiet street, and there are access points both the left and right of the property. Check in/out was a breeze. I would absolutely recommend selecting this home, and I would love to visit again.

On our multiple vacations to PCB, we have always stayed in a condo, but since our family has grown, we decided a house would be best. It was GREAT to have ample parking for our vehicles (3 but could probably fit 4) in the driveway, no searching for carts and making multiple trips to unload, no waiting in line for elevators, etc.. Just drive up to the front door and unload. The house is wonderful! We had 7 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages of 2-17 and had plenty of room. Kitchen is stocked beyond compare. Gas grill outside by the pool. We all, especially the kids, thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We had one day of torrential rain, and the pool water turned green. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that it took a couple of days after the rain before we could get back in the water and the kids were sad! We had a few red flag days so they weren’t able to get in the ocean, so the pool was their go-to. The host was very responsive and did the best he could to help, which we appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house is so close to the beach, just a few steps away. The street is very quiet, and the beach was not very crowded compared to other parts of the beach. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals. The open floor plan was great. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is amazing and the games in the back yard were a lot of fun to play. The management company was very attentive and made out stay much more enjoyable.

Perfect home for our family beach getaway. It was so easy to communicate with our host and the response time was within minutes. It is walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, Walmart and souvenir shops are within mins. Will definitely be staying here again.

This house is located right across from the beach. There is a house that blocks your main view of the gulf but you can still see it through the beach access walkways. The house was large enough for two families with 4 adults and 6 children. Having your own pool is very nice since you don't have to share with an entire condo community. Pay the extra to have it heated. DO NOT buy the souvenir cups at Pineapple Willy's or Sharky's because there are some in the kitchen. We were here for a week and were able to walk to many places I cludi g Pineapple Willy's. Overall this house was great for our families during spring break.

Beautiful and comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen, great pool. New landscaping with yard games (horseshoes, Connect-four, corn-hole) available. Steps away from the beach on the Gulf. Restaurants and shopping nearby (WalMart, beach supply stores galore.) Will definitely return in the future!

This house is amazing! It is just steps away from the beautiful beach, the beach around the house is very quiet. The house has everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. The pool is fantastic. The management company is very responsive to our request.
