Large New Bethany Beach Home with Hot Tub

Excellent quality house. Very roomy and a short drive to beach and resort areas. We liked that there was a supermarket one minute away.

We had an amazing stay at Flamingo Bay! The house is beautiful and was great for our multigenerational family trip. It is convenient to Bethany Beach, Fenwick and many other attractions. Brian was a super communicative and responsive host. I hope to return again!

This was the best vacation! Flamingo Bay is the perfect beach house! It is beautifully decorated and the amenities were exemplary. The kitchen was an absolute dream. We couldn’t have asked for more! Our two little ones adored their bunk beds and the game room, and our adult children appreciated the many bathrooms and the space to spread out during our downtime. Brian was a fantastic host; so responsive to questions we had before and during our stay. My seven year old granddaughter has already planned our next stay! Thank you, Brian, and thank you Vrbo!

We had the BEST time at Flamingo Bay! The location is perfect—just minutes from the beach and close to everything we needed. The brand new house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and is equipped with everything imaginable to create the perfect vacation spot. The outdoor spaces, hot tub, huge kitchen island, game room, comfy sofa, and cozy bedrooms… we loved it all! Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our two families, with double masters and plenty of places for the kids to sleep. The interior is lovely, and provided ample space to hang out for playing games. The location is ideally located near a grocery store, restaurants and the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating! I would highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay at this beach house! Every detail was clearly thought through to make guests feel comfortable and entertained. The remotes for the lights and fans in each room were super convenient, and we appreciated how many plugs and USB outlets were available—no fighting over chargers!The house is beautifully decorated with gorgeous touches like decorative wall hooks, cozy rugs, and handmade artwork that gave it a warm, personal feel. The kids’ room had a white noise machine, which was a thoughtful touch that helped them sleep soundly every night.The large kitchen made cooking for our group a breeze—tons of space, great appliances, and everything we needed. We loved gathering around the big dining table for meals, games, and laughs.There was plenty to do even when we weren’t at the beach or out shopping-tons of board games, a Pac-Man machine, and other games that kept the teens in our group happily occupied. The hot tub with a TV was a favorite spot in the evenings, and we loved hanging out in the screened-in porch for morning coffee or late-night chats. The sunning deck was perfect for soaking up the rays during the day. Honestly, this place was the perfect mix of style, comfort, and fun. Highly recommend Flamingo Bay! We’ll be back!

We recently rented this stunning beach house for a girls' weekend, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spacious and stylish interior. The house comfortably accommodated our group, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring everyone had their own space to relax.The open-concept living area was perfect for group activities—whether we were cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoying cocktails in the game room, or lounging in the cozy living room. The house also had all the little touches that made it feel like a luxury retreat, with an inviting atmosphere that made it hard to leave.One of the highlights was hot tub and bar area. We were able to enjoy the relaxing evenings in the hot tub while watching the sunsets!Location-wise, it was ideal. Close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beach activities, but far enough to feel like a peaceful escape. Whether we were shopping, walking the beautiful community, or just enjoying each other's company, everything we needed was nearby.Overall, this beach house was the perfect choice for our girls' weekend. We had the best time and can’t wait to book it again next year!
