The host was very welcoming! The house is beautiful! Kitchen is is fully equipped with a fabulous brand new stove. Living room area updated from previous stay as well!

Brian was amazing! First time using Vrbo and Brian really set the bar high. He was so nice and always so helpful. The house was incredible. The whole trip was perfect!

Our host, Brian, was very helpful. He always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Brian had a binder in the home filled with pages of all the things we would need to know about the house and the area. The house was perfect for our needs. This luxury beach home was clean and well stocked with extra sheets, towels and soap.

It was such a pleasure working with Brian. He was amazing how fast he responded back to you The property was very clean and plenty of space for our group. We will definitely be back.

This home is well appointed and has everything you will need to enjoy a stay at the beach. It is a lovely, spacious property equipped to accommodate large groups. Brian was very communicative and helpful.

Very well maintained spacious property that fits a lot of people of all ages. The house is well equipped with all possible appliances, entertainment, pool, grill, rooftop etc.Nice neighborhood with close access to a great beach. At the same time, the neighborhood is quiet and there almost no amenities/shops/entertainment within walking distance.

Very pleased with the home and the availability of the owner. Home was exactly as advertised-beautiful, clean, kitchen stocked, etc. would definitely highly recommend.

Our stay started with a guided tour by Brian. Brian is a wonderful host. He periodically texted me to see if there was anything we needed. The mansion is beautiful with lots of space. Having 8 bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for our family. It was only a block to the beach which made it so easy for any family to enjoy whenever they wanted to. The roof top deck was one of our favorite spots. The long kitchen island turned out to be another favorite for gathering family and making plans for the day and catching up at night. The many small balconies gave an opportunity for some personal time. Brigantine is a lovely town. It does have a quiet time restriction for rentals between 10 pm and 9 am. This really didn't effect our visit. We still walked to the beach at 6 am to watch the sunrise a couple times. Again, Brian is a very thoughtful and considerate host. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

This property was perfect for our extended family of 14. The layout of the house is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Meal seating at the dinette table and island counter worked well for our group.There was a generous supply of beach towels and beach chairs. The beach carts were a huge help for our walk to the beach. The Brigantine beach, with lifeguards, was perfect for our grandkids, who ranged in age from 3 to 11.Brian, the owner, is incredibly caring and responsive. Any minor issues/ concerns get addressed immediately. He wants you to have a great experience, and we certainly did. It was our first visit to Brigantine, but won’t be our last.

Spent about a week here with my family which was about 10 adults and 4 small children ages from 2-5 yrs old.Absolutely fantastic place with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms for all! Had great communication with the host and amazing beach access 1.5 blocks away.Will definitely be going again!

We were in AC for a golf trip with a large group. From the start of the reservation to when we checked out Brian was an amazing host. He was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, spacious and the rooftop deck is perfect for hanging out.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable, well appointed home steps from the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the home. It has an easy to get to location and is minutes from restaurants, groceries and the beach. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This property is amazing! Spot on description. The rooms were absolutely warm and beautiful. The main living room space was perfect for our large group to play games and have fun. The kitchen screams Use Me fully equipped with all your culinary needs. A wonderful time was had by all! The owner was attentive checking to see if we had any needs or concerns. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had an amazing weekend. The house was clean, updated and in excellent condition.Our house provided great instructions and was very courteous.I would definitely revisit especially in the summer when it's warmer!

We recently rented this house in New Jersey, and unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. While the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and we liked the location, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired—it simply wasn't up to standard. Additionally, the garage was cluttered, which made it impossible to use.The beds were uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep quality throughout our stay. We also encountered hot and cold water issues and zone heating problems, which added to our frustration. While the owner was friendly and eager to help, he seemed overly concerned about noise and his neighbors, which felt excessive given that we were there in January when the area was quite quiet.The furnishings and decor felt dated, which contributed to an overall impression that the house could use some updates. Unfortunately, during our stay, a golf club fell and cracked a side table. We owned up to the damage, but upon our early departure due to a family emergency, the owner attempted to pin other existing damage on us, which felt dishonest and unfair.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience and, unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider returning.

Beautiful, spacious, every amenity possible. Family trip for Thanksgiving. The weather didn't co-operate, but staying in such a great place, we found plenty to do! Highly recommend!!

This was our second visit to this property and it was just as great as the first! We really appreciate how clean and well appointed the house is. We definitely plan to return next September! Brian is a wonderful host, always ready to take care of any minor issues and quite communicative! This is a 10 Star property!

We are a group of gals who all graduated high school the same year. We gather once a year for a four night get away. This was our first in Brigantine. Our house was AWESOME! It offered us a beautiful kitchen and relaxing area. We each had a bedroom en suite. The built in pool was a wonderful gathering place. The kitchen had two Sub Zero refrigerators, two dishwashers and an island that held 10 stools! It was clean and so accommodating! We hope To return next year!

The 8 br house was exactly what my family and I needed for our golf weekend. 11 adults and all had their own beds and for the most part, their own bathrooms. Lots of space and a great kitchen. Brian was a great host and very responsive.

This property lived up to its billing. We enjoyed everything about the house and the surrounding area!!

Such a great place for us to gather as family. There were great spaces for games, crafts, puzzles and cooking all at the same time. And the beautiful Brigantine beach just a short walk away with umbrellas chairs and boogie boards supplied by the host. We could all gather in the living space to watch the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. Magnificent!

this was our 10th annual family (multigenerational; headcount 17, ages 1 to 85). Best week rental so far from Asbury to Cape May. House is lacking nothing including towels to linens, two huge frig's (plus small backups in various locations. Pool is decent size and perfect for kids - and adults that want to cool off and lounge. Truly just a SHORT walk to the great beach. Also walkable distance to the Arcade, restaurants and shops. Description of beach stuff, games, tvs, etc is 110% accurate. Plus an extremely attentive owner whose rightful pride in the house shows throughout. Don't forget an hour at the Brig History Museum on the way in or out of the Island! A GREAT stay.
