Stayed Jul 7, 2023We never got a chance to stay at this property. I reached out at 3:00 on the day we were to check in as I hadn’t gotten check in info. VRBO had processed my reservation & charged my credit card & confirmed our dates/stay a few days before. The host had no idea we were coming & another family was staying in the house already. The host was very apologetic & did recommend a different house when I asked but it was much higher in price. We were now in a city 700+ miles from our home with 5 kids & our parents with no where to stay for our long awaited family vacation. We had always had good luck using VRBO in the past but now question if we will ever use it again. This home looked lovely & I wish we could have had the chance to stay here.
