Large lakeside home with private dock and firepit!

Very good communication with Hiller regarding early check in and getting an extra hour for our check out. House was clean and well stocked.

Beautiful house for large groups. The owners are so accommodating and relaxed about everything. It’s been 3 years in a row and we’ll be back again next year!

Very welcoming space. Only suggestion to improve would be to have wine glasses added in the kitchen.

This property is perfect for a large family to comfortably enjoy the living quarters. The 8 bedrooms are at one end of the building allowing “the littles” to go to sleep earlier than the adults with no need to worry about making too much noise to disturb their slumber. Both the main level and lower level have a family room with a tv and the lower level has a pool table. A wine/beer cooler in the bar area, in addition to the fridge, came in handy. The lake isn’t crowded with fellow boaters so we boated, tubed, and fished at our leisure. The dock was nice and the children could walk right into the lake from shore. It obviously isn’t a sandy beach but nice with water shoes. The creek that is on the property adds an element of enjoyment for the children. We spotted turtles, otters, ducks, and eagles. The property is on a busy highway but that isn’t a danger for the children as the very large parking lot and landscaping offer a large buffer from the highway and all activities (outdoor patio, two campfire areas, creek and lake are in the backyard.) The staff that answers the 800 # number when you call are very kind and the maintenance man was prompt and knowledgeable (we had one bed that needed repair to its mattress support boards) upon arrival. Issue was fixed that day and overall the beds and pillows were comfortable. Our only complaint was inadequate supply of: toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and paper towels - plans to bring some or shop for supplies.

Plenty of room for a group. Beautiful view of the lake. Stairs and path to pier and kayaks. Slow to fix a leak, understand that it was 4th of July. Also not a fan of 8am checkout. Very unique property.

The rooms were all in one area, which made it easy to keep all the students together. There was an ample number of parking spots and a black top for us to use for activities. There was a time when someone drove up to the lodge and got out during one of our activities, and we didn't know who it was. We assumed they owned the property because they were able to access the shed. This was a perfect place for our gathering.

Great location, easy access to the lake, and plenty of rooms.

We loved this house because it allowed us to spread out and enjoy the entire space. Heating system worked well too which was important due to extremely cold temps during our stay. Everything was properly clean and the large parking lot was appreciated as well.

Excellent space for a group to spread out. Bedroom area is very cute and comfortable.

Great location. In addition to immediate access to the lake behind the home, the location is within about 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Minocqua. We would stay here again in the future.

Sleeping arrangements are perfect for a quiet stay with living areas on the opposite side of the house. Amenities are beautiful, our guests did kayaking, fished from the pier and we had a campfire each night. Great location for a large group and close to shopping.
