LARGE LAKEFRONT HOME ON LAKE PETENWELL WITH VOLLEYBALL COURT

We had a wonderful time. Everyone commented on how clean the house was. Two beautiful days and one rainy one so we made good use of the outdoor fire pit. We weren't able to get the fireplace to work. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. That was a big disappointment. The couple who stayed in the bedroom over the garage found mouse droppings and were grossed out but stuck it out. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Our family stayed at Sunrise Cove for a long winter weekend, and it couldn’t have been a better getaway. It snowed during our stay, which made the whole property feel peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we hoped for in a winter trip.The best part of this home is the space inside. The layout is wide open, warm, and incredibly inviting — perfect for a large group. The great room with its high ceilings and stone fireplace became our main gathering place for cooking, hanging out, watching football, and enjoying family time. We’re big on puzzles, so the large dining table was absolutely perfect for spreading everything out without getting in the way of meals or other activities.The bedrooms were comfortable, the home was spotless, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Even with multiple families and kids, the house handled all of us easily and never felt cramped.The hosts were fantastic — friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish.Sunrise Cove was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and memorable winter stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for any multi-family vacation or group gathering.

Great house, lots of room, well appointed and supplied. Comfortably accommodated 16 people and a dog.

The house itself was LOVELY. So much space for all of us to have room to play together and room to ourselves. The kitchen itself was the best-stocked kitchen I've seen in many years of doing vacation rentals. The fridge was spacious, and the beverage coolers and ice machine were a plus since there isn't a grocery store nearby, but there's a Kwik Trip. about a 15-20 minute drive. Mother Nature was not favorable to us because we were at the height of biting black fly season, and the cove and the lake were green from algae. We did use a couple of nearby county parks that were less fly-infested and the water was clearer. We also drove to Wisconsin Dells (about an hour away) to spend a day at the water park. Overall, it's the best accommodations we've ever had for the 14 of us and we worked around the 2 disadvantages to have great family time together

Sunrise Cove was the perfect place to spend time with the family! Great home, plenty of swimming, camp fires, and sand volleyball. Loved this place!!

The house was amazing, fit all 19 of us comfortably. The volleyball court was a hit. Owners responded to our questions/requests within a few hours. Only downside was not being able to see the lake while enjoying the decks and fire pit.

Communication with the management team was very good. Jennifer was very helpful and responsive. There was a lot of parking for our group, including a boat & trailer. The only wishful thinking were the mosquito/ticks and not having direct access to the lake. We limited outdoor time at the fire pit because there were too many mosquitoes to fully enjoy being outside for too long. While you can see and walk a path to the lake, it would have been nice to see and access the water directly from the back yard (not a deal breaker though). We also liked the privacy of the property.

This spacious home has beds for everyone as well as amenities such as an ice maker and separate fridges for beverages and bulky items. Cottage Keeper staff is attentive and responsive. We will be back next year!

We just got back from an unforgettable stay at this amazing cabin, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect blend of cozy charm and modern convenience. The kitchen had plenty of space for us to store food and drinks. This was extremely efficient and a total game changer. Plus, the ice machine was a huge hit, especially for those late-night cocktails and morning iced coffees. No need to run to town for ice — such a nice touch! There was plenty of space for our entire group to spread out comfortably. Whether it was lounging in the common areas, enjoying coffee on the porch, or getting a great night's sleep in the spacious bedrooms, everyone felt right at home. We also loved the huge collection of board games — we spent hours laughing, competing, and bonding around the table. It was the perfect way to unplug and enjoy some real quality time together. This cabin had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing, and memory-filled trip. We’re already planning our return visit!

We've been renting the Sunrise Cove Rental Home for years with friends, and it never disappoints. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and all the cooking utensils you need, plus a commercial-grade ice machine and two new undercounter fridges, have been a welcome addition. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodates our growing group of 15 now that we are all having children without feeling cramped. There's plenty of room to relax, play board games and the parking is ample, easily handling 7 vehicles. One of our favorite activities is ice fishing in the winter, and there are two access points to the lake within a mile of the cabin, making it very convenient. The children enjoy ice skating in the cove and then we end the evening with a bon fire. Every year, the homeowners make thoughtful improvements, enhancing our stay even more. Their dedication to maintaining and upgrading the property is clear. Sunrise Cove has become a relaxing retreat for us and our friends, and we highly recommend it. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The house was nice, well stocked, and roomy. The property and lake access wasn't as described. There was no way to anchor a boat in the cove and no way for kids to access the cove. There wasn't much of a view of the lake. I suggest adding updated pictures of the trees with leaves. We wouldn’t stay here again due to lake, but the house was great for a large group. I suggest having some kitchen cabinets empty so guest can place dry goods in. The ice maker was super nice.

Our family had a great time as usual.
