Large, inviting home near Amphitheater and Downtown

House was nice and clean. Hosts were extremely responsive.

Good communication by host. Easy to navigate, walk to places. It is a practical house and comfortable. Each room was spacious and the dining area was great for big family meals and games. I appreciated the labeling of the lights. The downstairs was quite a bit colder than the upstairs. It really needs some cleaning so removed what could have been a five star: fan blades throughout, kitchen counters and drawers need some tending.

Location was perfect for us with a team event at Allegiant Stadium all weekend. House is huge with 3 big bedrooms and 2 more in basement. Two full size showers and bathrooms worked out great for 5 adults. Plenty of resteraunts nearby and we were able to walk everywhere. Took Uber to airport for 25 range. Would definitely recommend staying here if in Cedar Falls. Would definitely recomend staying here.

Great location and stay!

Andrea was great! Accommodated our unique needs and helped us find some needed resources in the Cedar Rapids area. Lots of nice space for a big group! Bathrooms were very clean and there were tons of towels!The kitchen is a nice size and very clean - pots and pans not so great. We were excited for the back yard but it was too hot to use the fire pit or outdoor table. It was ok though because the yard needed attention and the grass hadn't been mowed. Overall, this property worked great for our family. My rating would increase to a 5 with some quality updates and more attention to details.

Hosts are the best. Issues checking in, mostly weather related. They made it right with us. Location was perfect for us. Very easy to communicate with.

We had a great time. The space was great for our large group of 10. They had great “extras” coffee, bottled water.We did share concerns with the owners about some minor cleaning issues and some things that were not working.

Everything was as described online, great communication with the host prior and during the stay. Worked perfect for a 3 day work trip with a colleague and my dog - fenced in yard was great! Weather wasn’t the best to enjoy the backyard seating and fire pit but what a great accommodation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We booked the house for our extended family to come to see the UW v Iowa football game. This home perfectly suited our needs for three generations to share. Privacy enough for everyone with good communal space. The home was VERY WELL stocked with dishes, condiments, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. Everything you could need to feel like you were at home. We LOVED the location that enabled us to walk to Big Grove Brewing and Pickle Palace to meet up with other friends who came for the game as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with paper products and shampoo/conditioner. There were games and cards to play. Extensions cords with USB ports to charge phones throughout the house. BBQ and firepit outside in backyard. And a driveway to fit numerous cars so parking wasn't an issue. The location was very quiet and peaceful. The only downside I can comment on was that the TVs were small ... probably 40 ish. And it was difficult finding local channels to watch the evening college football games. The other caveat was the House Rules stipulate no nonregistered guests. The property prohibits events or parties. Which isn't a big deal but we felt weird as we were the gathering spot to launch off to other destinations so I alerted the hosts of that fact so they weren't concerned viewing the outside camera footage and counting more than the 7 of us around the property.

This house was extremely clean and very accommodating for my family during our stay in Cedar Rapids for a family wedding. It was a very convenient drive to the venue and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of with a very fast response every time. I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone who is looking for one in this area.

Close to everything and easy to find. Lots of room. Owners did a great job updating this older home to accommodate large families. Could walk to several restaurants.

The home was absolutely perfect for our families. We stayed in the home to move our daughters into college and our hosts were wonderful. The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the week. We will stay in the home again as we plan many trips Back to Iowa.
