Large House with 3 King Beds 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon

Beautiful, extremely comfortable house with room for our party of 3 couples. It took some attention to the heat settings to get the ground floor bedroom to be warm enough without overheating the upper floor bedrooms, so consider that in deciding who takes which room.

Nice comfortable house for 4 couples. Full of amenities. 30 minutes from Bryce NP. Good communication with the owners. Lacking in local restaurants but good grocery store nearby.

A wonderful layout with downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and livingroom area is roomy and makes everyone feel connected. It also has a large washer and dryer. We had a fabulous time! Would recommend to anyone wanting to go to Bryce or Zion National Parks!

This home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the bathrooms were nice. The beds are comfortable and the house is well decorated and maintained. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay.

This is an amazing house, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house is spacious and well equipped. We were able to ATV right from the house.

We love this house. It's spacious, well-equipped, very clean, and lovingly furnished. Many small details made our stay a wonderful experience.

Check-in was smooth. Property was as advertised. Having two bedrooms with bathrooms was huge plus! We used the grill, worked puzzles, and visited capitol reef, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and even made the jaunt to Grand Canyon South Rim in a day. It’s 30 minute drive to Bryce and there was much to explore there. We also found some extra dark areas nearby for star gazing. The kitchen / dining space worked well-we aded some aluminum foil, cooking spray, and some zip-loc bags. Joe’s market had anything we needed but didn’t bring. We grilled burgers and chicken on the BBQ. The front door lock was a bit finicky, but that was likely user error. We usually entered through the garage door. The hosts are great- very responsive and willing to work with us when our plans were in flux.We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice and roomy. It suited our family well. I felt there were some things not completed before we arrived like towels still in the washer and the bbq grill was really dirty. The property manager was quick to respond. All in all it served our family. We had a fun vacation!

It was huge, clean and a good location to visit bryce, zion and capitol reef. town was cute! Easy to communicate with hosts! they were flexible and attentive! We’d definitely recommend this place to others! Loved it!

The location was great to visit Bryce and Zion. Loved all of the amenities in the house- fireplaces inside and out, games, 3.5 bathrooms, coffee and more!

We meet up with friends and it was great that we all had our own bedroom.

Tastefully decorated with a well appointed kitchen this house was less than 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It was full of fun surprises: huge soaking tub in the master, bar height gas fire pit on the patio, foosball table upstairs, sunny side patio, and many more little touches that say the hosts enjoy having you there.

We had a wonderful stay. 5 stars all the way!

This house was nothing less than amazing. We stayed 4 days to hike at Bryce Canyon National Park. Easy 20-minute drive to there from the house. We had 3 couples, and the house was perfect for us. 4 bedrooms, bunk room, 3 1/2 baths, two living rooms, large kitchen and dining room, full laundry room, and a very nice outside gazebo area. The town had all the amenities we needed and had a couple of very good restaurants. This is just a wonderful home, and we had a fantastic stay. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting to go to Bryce Canyon.

There was room in this house for our whole family of 10. We loved that it had king beds in it and then bunkbeds and a queen bed, also it was a perfectly equipped kitchen, great backyard and the host and hostess were so accommodating and responded very quickly to any question. Panguitch is such a fun place to be.

Perfect house for our family vacation to Bryce. Spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was close to downtown Panguitch. There was plenty of room to spread out for each family. Beds were comfortable. It was clean and delivered as advertised. Hosts were easy to contact. Bryce was only 30 minutes away. Capital Reef was 2 hours away. Wonderful location for hiking and great Mountain View’s.

First off - the home is absolutely gorgeous! The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with! We had NO issues while staying there and my kids were able to spread out and relax! (Laundry room is to die for!) SO COMFORTABLE! It's in a new development, so not everything is done there, but didn't affect us. It's VERY close to food and the amazing town of Panguitch! LOTS OF HISTORY HERE! Stop in the cemetary and pay respects to some Pioneers! This was our jumping point to Bryce and it was perfect. Took an evening hike, Birdseye Trail in the Red Canyon. Next day, hit Bryce. GREAT breakfast at The Flying Goat and delicious dinner at the Cowboy Smokehouse. This was a truly great spot. Lots of space, beautiful home, easy to get to places. LOVED IT!
