Large Hot Tub – Outdoor Fireplace – Propane Grill – Pet Friendly - WIFI!

Great communication to get our trip set up and then follow-on communication for questions as we got closer to our trip. The House was as advertised, perfect for our 3 day stay, very convenient to access the Massanutten Resort. This house was clean, and supplied with everything we needed. While our overall experience was really good, I would offer a few points for feedback. - Neighbors dog barks constantly. Dog was left outside while they were not at residence and it was extremely irritating. - WIFI... Though it did work, it was slow and did limit access to streaming platforms for the kids after we were winding down from the day. - Hot-tub was great, but it may be time to change water. Bubbles from the hot-tub left a pretty nasty scum line on the majority of the perimeter of the hot-tub interior walls.Again don't want these points to take away from a very good overall experience. Just making sure they are known.

House was clean, snow and ice cleaned away.

Place was clean. Hot tub was clean and hot. Wish the indoor fireplace would have worked since it was so cold. Overall I would book again

Absolutely loved this house..It just felt warm and welcoming. Very spacious, loved the beautiful infoor fire place and the hottub! Location was perfect for going to get food, skiing and doing the waterpark. Host really sets you.up for a great stay!!

House was great! I won't take off a star for this because it's a matter of preference but I thought the mattresses were uncomfortable. That was my only complaint.

Love it. Was just enough house for what we needed. The only complaint is taking the trash to the dumpster. Other than that a great get away.

The house was clean and certainly provided us with what we needed for a long weekend stay. Negative….the next door neighbor’s dog barking which kept us from enjoying the hot tub and patio.

Close to resort/waterpark. Host was very quick to respond when the hot tub needed maintenance. Had pack n play and highchair for your babiesand even a large dog bed for pets.

The only reason I booked this house was for the hot tub and it was not clean. Maintenance was contacted and it had to be drained and out of service for an entire day to be cleaned. This was very disappointing and put a damper on the trip.

Our stay in this house for New Year's was enjoyable. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we were provided with plenty of fresh bedsheets and towels. The hot tub was a nice addition. However, we encountered a couple of issues during our stay. Firstly, the outside garbage can was full upon our arrival, leaving us with nowhere to dispose of our trash. Secondly, we had some difficulty with the heat inside the house, which we suspect was set by the owner. Other than that, the house is close to the Ski resort, the indoor water park, the stores, and many other fun activities. Thank you!

It was our first Christmas away from home. I was thinking about where to put the presents for the kids, but the house even had a Christmas tree. The house was super clean and well equipped. It was very homey and comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Rented the house for my boyfriend’s birthday. The house is on the corner and we did go past at first. Easy in & out access of the property. House was very clean. All check-in instructions were very clear. We contacted host due to the ceiling fan not working, debris in the hot tub and the fire pit table not working. They got back to us right away and sent out maintenance crews. We don’t own a hot tub and I was worried about running with debris in there, but the maintenance crew was able to skim it out and it was fine. I just didn’t want to mess anything up. The fire pit table just needed a new tank of gas, which maintenance did. It is quiet and very beautiful. We brought our AppleTV & hooked it to the smart TV just so we didn’t have to mess with passwords. Check-out instructions came and were very clear what to do. Would highly recommend this property. They do allow a dog (we don’t have) so they’re pet friendly. There are ample sleeping options. We look forward to going back in the future.

We went with our dog for a weekend. The place was great and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, closeness to beautiful hike trails, and the big fenced back yard where the dog could run around until he tired himself out. Only real complaints is the main bedroom's mattress is a bit too soft, but there's a firmer mattress in the other room.

Great property in a great location! Highly recommend!
