Stayed Jul 4, 2025This place was in a great location. We had three families (12 people) for a baseball tournament. The house was about 15 minutes from the Met in Hoover. It was nice for the boys to have their own space in the basement. It seems like the owners are mid-renovation, but only on minor details like trim, etc. The kitchen was updated and well-stocked. Some of the mattresses needed to be replaced. The owners provided a nice welcome kit, were very kind, and responsive. We would rent this place again.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025Our college golf team enjoyed the property. Small shower in master bathroom, the grill did not work. Close to groceries and other shops.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025In all, we had a very enjoyable stay. Good location. The fenced back yard was a nice perk. However, there were no blankets and the downstairs was cold for our Florida people. The upstairs we could regulate the heat and was comfortable. No bathroom in the basement level was a drawback, but we managed ok. We would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024The home was spacious and in a great location. It has a full kitchen, plenty of bedroom space and two separate living room areas, so everyone can spread out. It was perfect for our large family to have a comfortable stay during the holidays. We visited while the weather was cold, but the property does feature a large deck and fenced in backyard that would be perfect for warm weather. We will stay here again when in the area!

Stayed Nov 14, 2024Nice house with lots of room. Fenced backyard for the dogs. Very clean. Only issue is kitchen supplies. Not much silverware, pots, oven mitts. We would stay there again if we are in the area.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and spacious. A few recommendations to consider. More trash bags available. More dishwasher pods and some laundry detergent. Target is very close so we did get some but we are flying so cannot pack much. Other wise it was perfect. Thank you so much.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Great property. Close to the ballfield. Big enough for 2 families. Plenty of room to spread out and not in each others way. My only suggestion is to add more towel racks in the bathrooms. Looks like there used to be some but they had been either taken off the walls or were pulled and never replaced (there was one of the floor in the hall bathroom).
