There are 2 living rooms, a large kitchen & butlers pantry, 2 main bathrooms (that have adjoining doors to 4 of the bedrooms), and a large ground floor patio. The dining area is spacious enough for everyone. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. An extra powder room is also downstairs. There is also a double garage.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The stay was so spacious and convenient. Perfect location. But the rooms were not very clean. We found spiders and bugs even under pillows. We couldn't find the vacuum cleaner. So it was bit hard for us to clean up before we started. But we left the house nice and clean.

Stayed Dec 6, 2025The instructions were very clear and allowed us to easily find the accomodation, navigate parking to avoid fines and get around the local area.The accomodation was large and easily accommodated our guests. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to excellent food places nearby.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025Overall, the property was in a great location, perfect size for our party of 10 and communication from Lydia before checking was clear and quick.Unfortunately, the property needs some immediate TLC with a super deep clean (showers had built up grime, mould on ceiling on second floor, dirty frypan with old food found in oven, dirty frypans and saucepans, broken glassware in a drawer in the bedroom, build up of crumbs under the glass top of the dining table) and basic maintenance. Some of the features of the house were great and we had expected to use them such as the dishwasher but no tablets were provided so we weren’t able to.Some of the furniture is tired and could be replaced such as the dining chairs as the padding had gone.This could be a perfect property if the smaller details were revised and actioned.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025The property was not cleaned. Dead bugs and dirty floors. Bathroom was not clean. Shower screen, mirrors, toilet, all dirty. Courtyard was not cleaned. Internet was bad, streaming was interrupted, stop start while watching shows. Front door is not sealed correctly, windy gaps. Property has good bones, good size bedrooms, uncleanliness made it difficult to relax. Really should have been refunded the cleaning fee.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Pros: Great location, big spacious house, easy check in. Cons: house needs some basic maintenance. Upstairs bathroom door not closing properly, missing fixtures from some walls, downstairs bathroom toilet roll holder broken. Needs a good deep clean/ de-cobwebbing outside.
