Stayed Dec 25, 2025We stayed here with our family of 7, including two toddlers, and overall had a good experience. The place itself is nice and functional, but it’s not in the nicest area of town—more of an older, working-class neighborhood. DoorDash was easy, so staying in for meals worked well.Traffic is loud and trains come through at all hours. This didn’t bother us since we’re used to it, but light sleepers should be aware. There is only one bathroom on the main living floor, so you do have to go downstairs to use it, which can be tough with toddlers. Overall, the layout isn’t very toddler-friendly—lots of hazards and no way to contain little ones. We ended up buying baby gates and a high chair at Walmart. The pack-and-play was appreciated, though it didn’t appear freshly cleaned, so we were glad we brought our own sheets.Parking can be challenging due to the busy road, especially with a larger vehicle. However, the hosts were great and let us use parking at another nearby rental they own, which helped a lot.The kitchen is well stocked, though the knives are getting worn. Laundry was convenient, but the dryer lint trap was clogged—we cleared it and it worked fine afterward. Furniture is standard rental furniture—nothing fancy, but comfortable and functional. Bedrooms are bright in the morning, so plan accordingly if you like to sleep in.Overall, we’d stay here again and appreciated how responsive and helpful the hosts were.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We found this house to be very spacious and had a great view of downtown and the Ohio river! Perfect size for what we needed, although we were out and about for the most part.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025The house was clean and very well lit. Though it was off a busy road it was fairly easy for us to back out of the driveway. I was very anxious about this at first but didn't present any issues. There are stairs directly upon entering make sure you are able to do stairs. Over all it was a very cute house and it worked very well for what we needed.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Beautiful views of downtown Cinncy and near a lot of things not only in Cinncy, but also Kentucky. Plenty of space for a family. Location is on a busy road that can make getting out of the driveway a little hard.

Stayed May 20, 2025Owner is great regarding communication and making sure everything you needed was there. You should be aware of the house being on a very busy road so extremely loud day and night, especially with no blinds or anything on any of the windows on the main floor. Perfect if you are wanting downtown access.

Stayed May 1, 2025I needed a place to celebrate my daughter as we come from Cleveland and she was graduating from UC. This home was perfect to hold our brunch celebration as it has a spacious dining and living room area. The only drawback is that there is very little parking and it’s on a busy road so it’s hard to pull out but it’s close to downtown and the college.

Stayed Mar 19, 2025This was our last leg of our travels up though Kentucky. The view of Cincinati Downtown and the Ohio river was beautiful. Communication with the host was timely. House is on a busy street. They do provide earplugs though. 10-20mins from everything tourist related.

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The house was exactly as shown in the listing. It's an old house with big character! The hardwood floors are beautiful and the overall feel was great. Hosts were very easy to work with. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location and view. Would 100% book this house again should we travel to Cincinnati in the future!

Stayed Apr 7, 2024Wonderful views of the downtown core and the river! The kids loved watching all the trucks, trains and barges through the big windows. This was a perfect location for accessing everything that the Cincinatti area has to offer. The hosts were very helpful and the property was generally clean. The one downside we found is that it can be difficult to get out of the driveway due to traffic. We eventually decided it was best to not cross traffic to head into cincinatti, but drive west for a couple minutes and then turn around at the nearby gas station. Even with that in mind, we would absolutely stay again!
