Large Group Friendly Coastal Escape W/ Heated Pool & Spacious Patio! ️

Great neighborhood

Tim was a great host we really enjoyed our stay in this very large home in Merritt Island. It was equipped with permits everything we needed. I would highly recommend this host and property.

The house was big it fit all of our family with room to spare. Check in was simple and easy as was check out. Back yard is huge and the pool was heated; we had 3 grandkids with us. All in all, it was right in the spot where we could get anywhere within 20 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is amazing for adults. I do not recommend this property for young kids as their is no pool fence and the stairs are dangerous. But for an all adult stay it was wonderful.

We received a warm welcome and great communication from the host. House was exactly as described. It was a great space for a baby shower. We had several out-of-town guests that appreciated the accommodations. The two kitchens were a game changer! The large backyard is fantastic. Highly recommend! Beautiful area and great space.

This place was great and the hosts were amazing! We received a lovely welcome gift. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home was perfect for our large group and the backyard was an oasis. We would definitely stay here again.

We came to Orlando to go to NASA camp, the location of the property was super convenient. The host was great, super accommodating and easy to work with. Great experience!

The owners are extremely responsive and attentive, but not overbearing or interfering. The house is great for a large family gathering and has a good separation of space, with several gathering spots for games and hanging out. The driveway is large and will accommodate many vehicles. Also we loved that they did not ask us to pre-clean the house before we left - it made the end of our stay much less stressful!

The property is excellent for large groups especially families. The host Tim is a pleasure to deal with. His attention to our requests was much appreciated.Would highly recommend this property.

We had three generations getting together for our semi annual trip. Our group of 16 had plenty of room. Our teenagers stayed in the apartment above the garage. They had a fantastic time. The pool was well used by all of us.The hosts are very accommodating. I would visit again if we are in the area.

Our daughter got married and this was the prefect location for some of the family from Maine, South Carolina and Alabama to stay together. When we were not involved with wedding festivities our younger family members greatly enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is big enough to have 3-4 people working and not running into each other. One evening we were able to host a dinner and invite more family. The outside seating and dining area was just prefect for that. Any time I had a question, the owner Tim, always responded quickly and helped with all our needs. We would highly recommend this place, especially if you would like to gather with family or friends, just to chill or take in some of the incredible sights in the area.

The house was wonderful. Very inviting and large enough for the amount of people we had. Very pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lots of room! Kitchen was amazing for cooking and gathering. Pool was perfect and outside area very spacious for gathering! Very easy to get to beaches in the areas as well as Orlando.

Family gathering of 20 with all ages. Everyone had a wonderful time and house had plenty of room and amenities. Would definitely consider staying again. Tim was a wonderful host and quickly returned any messages sent to him.

Perfect house for our need fit everyone comfortably and the property has plenty space and places to chill in the yard. Definitely, would recommend this property if you are planning to be anywhere near the space coast. Host was super responsive and ready to answer any question or address any need. Bonus no clean up required, just pack and go. So refreshing. We'll be back

Planning a reunion is very hard from the beginning, looking for accommodations is top of the stress list. We came upon this location and it suited all our needs. It offered plenty of room to spread out, enough sleeping space where nobody felt uncomfortable. The outdoor pool & gathering area was nice for day & night use. The outdoor kitchen helped greatly in cooking for so many people. If you have a large group or just a few, you will not be disappointed with this home.

We loved our stay here! the house was beyond clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, everything was perfect. the pool was always warms and we loved that. our dogs loved the big yard and it was an amazing vacation

Although our trip to Merritt Island was to attend a funeral for our Aunt Sue Head our choice in the VRBO property was OUTSTANDING!! The property is all that it said it was and MORE. Our family had the ability to be together and YET we each had our own space when we needed it. The backyard had everything that someone could ask for swimming in the private pool, cooking, sunning, watching TV or swinging. It was wonderful. The inside of the home was even better with bedrooms and bathrooms galore. There was no need for waiting in line for a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped oh did I mention BOTH kitchens. Yes, with the number of family members we had we needed both kitchens. This wasn't just a house it felt like a home to us, believe me we will be back. A special 'thank you' to Cassidy who is a member of the Property Management Team. She responded to all of my texts quickly and provided us with such care during our stay. As a side note Cassidy became my sister's best friend...my sister Cheryl ALWAYS travels with her favorite well-seasoned cast iron skillet (she makes the most wonderful breakfast meals that we all enjoy!!!). Cheryl left her skillet when we left the home. Cassidy was kind enough to go to the house, find the skillet, and then meet me the following week so I could deliver it to GA where Cheryl was anxiously awaiting its arrival.
