Large farm house in country setting. Wrap around decks, luxury vinyl plank throughout with washer/dryer and huge game room. 5 bedrooms, plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Large pool is available end May - end September.

We went to Indiana to see my brother and his wife and kids, he's in the service so we come up a couple times a year. It was a dream vacation we were able to keep our family in one place and enjoy all they had to offer s'mores by the fire, swimming everyday all day my nieces and nephews were able to come over n enjoy the pool everyday also n there was even an extra room for them to stay in they had so many towels also which was appreciated. They had extra baby equipment high chair bouncer, play penWe had breakfast with the waffle bar it was an amazing stay I will definitely stay there again

Beautiful home with wonderful activity areas including pool and game room. Very adequate kitchen including the equipment provided. Check in is very easy. No issues with wi fi access. Ample parking available. Host and Hostess could not be nicer and were most accommodating. Many towels provided and washer and dryer are available to use.

Our time at the Greenwood house was outstanding! The backyard is beautiful, especially the wonderful pool! We also loved sitting on the porch in the evening. Very relaxing. The house itself is very roomy and comfortable and the primary bathroom shower and tub were fantastic. Also, my granddaughter (and us!) loved the game room. Overall, an excellent place to stay and I will again next time we are in the Indianapolis area. Ps - very responsive and friendly hosts, as well!

Stayed here with my college wrestling team for a national tournament at University of Indy. 10 of us all together. Everything was as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Very nice game room, plenty of TV’s, internet service, washer and dryer, etc. Highly recommend if your staying with a group in the Indianapolis area!

Great space to meet our kids attending college in the Midwest and see family in the area over thanksgiving- love that we can bring our dog!!

Indianapolis was a middle ground for group of friends living in different states. Our draw was bringing the kids to the Children's Museum and wanted to stay somewhere we could hang out together that was kids friendly. A perk in our search if we could find out was a pool side we were traveling in the summer. We came across Greenwood Mansion and were lucky they had availability for the weekend we needed! The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us, the kids LOVED the upstairs game room, the pool area was a great addition to the weekend. Greenwood was just a short drive to downtown Indianapolis so getting to the Children's Museum was very easy. The hosts were easy to contact with any questions we had! If we ever meet up in the area again, we would definitely look into booking here again!

Pool needed a demarcation rope between shallow and deep end. Stairs from deck in disrepair. loud street noise on Thursday and Friday due to the proximity of the busy road. The property owners directly south used a diesel truck to enter and exit their property creating a lot of noise near the pool area. There was not a single place or piece of furniture for the adults to sit in. such as a large comfy chair or couch. Pool itself was very good. The porch was a good place to sit and relax but it needed a few extra pieces of furniture. The kitchen was large and welcoming.

We had a lovely time at the mansion. Clean, warm pool with toys provided. Lots of games inside for the kids. Comfy beds. Great porch for relaxing.

We had a large group attending the Eucharistic Congress at Lucas Oil Stadium. This house was not only a great size for a group, but was also very convenient for an easy drive in and out of the city. The kitchen was convenient and big enough for a large group to cook together, the front porch was a peaceful place to pray in the morning, and the pool was phenomenal! Pat was a great communicator before and during our stay.

Wonderful old home!! The communication with the owners was wonderful!! Pool was awesome as the game room. Bring a fan if you are staying in the summer the upstairs gets a little warm but still not bad. Also instructions need to be put upstairs on how to use the TV but all & all beautiful place!!

There was plenty of fun activities to do together. There are also great places to relax and chat. The pool is GREAT! The arcade game is AWESOME! Ping pong was AWESOME! Kitchen has everything you need. This is a great place to have a celebration or party. Things that need improving......You need to bring your own towels. Property needs newer, thicker, and bigger towels for pool and bathing. Get rid of ALL the carpet. Furniture looks great, but is very uncomfortable. Pressure wash the house. Fix back deck stairs and handrail to pool area. They are dangerous.

Stayed here for the Indy 500 weekend and enjoyed the property a great deal. There were 9 of us and the house was spacious and clean. Close to grocery and restaurants needed for the weekend. Great outdoor spaces to make enjoying the nice weather very easy.
