Charming 3 BR in a quiet and friendly neighborhood

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this property, where we hosted Thanksgiving dinner for family. This was one of the cleanest properties in which we've ever stayed--and we've stayed in dozens of VRBOs in California, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Utah. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing. Communication with the host was exceptional.Very convenient location--close to I65, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area for several days.

We love staying here. The house is spacious with a lovely livingroom, kitchen, and dining room. The backyard is beautiful with a nice seating area to enjoy the morning cup of coffee or the evening cocktail. The check in process is easy. We will stay here again.

House was exactly as advertised. Spacious and clean with a very comfortable living room area for myself and my 2 sisters to enjoy a nice weekend together. A nice large backyard added to the charm of the house. Very nice location for an easy drive into downtown Indy. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our trip! We came down for a wedding and had never been to the area before and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed are stay and plan on being back for sure! Thanks Van for allowing us to stay in your home. We were there for a family wedding. It was clean, bright and welcoming. GCoommunication with the host was easy and prompt.

The location was excellent. Looked to be a neighborhood with an HOA (Not a fan personally, but works nice for a rental). The house was very comfortable and we slept well. Kitchen was equipped with a minimum amount of dishes, glassware and cookware. It was enough for the frying of eggs and warming up of food we brought, but might be a little light if you were planning to cook a whole meal there. The only hiccup was on check-in. We had the code for the deadbolt, but the doorknob was locked and we could not get in. It took about 15 minutes to get in touch with the owner and get a solution. It was a frustration upon arrival, but not a big impact on our stay in the long run.

The location of this house was perfect for my sister and I to visit our father for his 96th w. Very close and convey. Great neighborhood for walks and very friendly neighbors.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. 7 of us stayed at the house (4 adults and 3 children ages 10, 8, and 3). It was perfect. We would stay here again. Listing was accurate. Location was convenient. Comfortable beds.

Had 6 college buddies from all over Indiana meet up. Do it once a year. Good rather central location in a nice area for several folks to hang out and spend some time. Nice back yard area.

Spacious house within a great neighborhood. It was clean and host was very nice. They accommodated an early check-in since we arrived early and had to work the first day.

Family trip to Indy to watch Brickyard 400 and while there enjoyed the Chicago concert and time around the canal. The house in which we stayed was wonderful, clean, convenient and hosts were so gracious.

Quiet neighborhood but close to everything! Fenced back yard, clean/modern house and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!!
