Great location! The property is as advertised and perfect for a larger family.

This house is great for a large group and is VERY close to the beach! The space provided allows for family meals, games, etc. and the pool area was very convenient and comfortable. The elevator allows for easy access to all floors and the cottage house was perfect for a family with three children! The view from the loft areas was beautiful both day and night. We would definitely book it again.

We are sad to see a for sale sign on the property and hope we will still be able to rent this location next year.

Reviewer Comments: The home is very well located and we loved the modern furnishings, large floorplan for families, spacious kitchen (3 refrigerators, a large stove and 2 dishwashers). The pool is small for 20 people but our children were able to use; it was too small for all of us to use at once. The house comfortably accommodated our 20 family members. We did have some ants that RD responded quickly to. We also noted some things that needed repair (broken wire on stair rail 2nd floor, door security monitor on left French doors off kitchen keeps falling down, pavers at skimmer area in pool are markedly sinking below the others, ice machine has some mildew on inside top surface, some curtains are missing pins to hold onto rod (2nd floor bedroom and 3rd floor bedrooms - both suites). Overall, very impressed with Vitamin Sea. **They did notify us that we left some clothing and have been waiting for promised pictures so that we know how to respond for return (pair of socks that we would throw away or nice dress that we'd need to get shipped back to owners). Again, all in all, we are very satisfied with this rental. We hope to hear from the RD team soon about our clothing item.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of utensils, etc. We all loved the pool (had it heated) - in fact we probably spent more time in that than at the beach. Beds were fairly comfortable. Couldn’t get much better in terms of location - very close to the beach but far enough away from the crowded resorts. There is even a new grocery store nearby now. We had a few minor issues during our stay but they were remedied quickly. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Royal Destinations and would definitely be happy to stay through them again and/or stay at the same property!***Note: As of late March 2024 there is a new house in its early construction phase going up directly across the street. Really didn’t impact us too much nor was it overly noisy but something you might want to keep in mind.

Proximity to beach access was a huge plus as well as use of the bikes for a short ride over to restaurants and shopping at Alys and Rosemary Beach! The bedrooms and bathrooms we just what we expected. The kitchen was perfect for our family. Loved the neighborhood and the access to the beach. We had excellent customer service when we missed the trash pick up and they made arrangements for it to be picked up.

Larger than expected, clean, fully stocked kitchen including 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers (invaluable with double digit guests!), everything felt new/well maintained, short walk to beach, very convenient location to Publix and restaurants. The home was great and so right for our family of 13. So good, in fact, as we enter the home my husband told me to rent for next year. Done!!!! Looking forward to many years at this beautiful location.
