Beautifully upgraded pool home perfect for 2-3 families. This five bedrooms 3 1/2 home has three cal-king master bedrooms, two of which have ensuites. The remaining master shares a hallway bathroom with two children's rooms with Full over Full Bunk beds. All bedrooms have a 43' plasma TV.

The home has tile and hardwood floors, except for two master bedrooms with upgraded carpet. The family room, located right off the entryway, has a sizeable Sectional Sofa and den with a Queen pull-outSleeper Sofa and 43' TV. Off of the family room is a spacious open-concept kitchen with a dining room overlooking the pool. The dining room seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.   A glass slider off the kitchen and dining room takes you to the rear yard with a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

The game Room is in the garage, with a Ping-Pong and Billards table and toys. There are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, booster chairs for guest use, and a full-size washer and dryer. The Main Living Room has a 60-inch Plasma TV with a DVD player. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central air and heat. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee: pool is heated to 82.
