Spend your days hiking waterfalls at Hickory Run State Park, exploring Jim Thorpe, or enjoying the private lakes, sandy beaches, and pools inside Indian Mountain Lake. • The four-season sunroom offers a bright second living space with large windows overlooking the backyard and direct access to the private hot tub. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee before heading to the beach or relaxing in the evening after outdoor fun.

Our home comfortably sleeps 14 guests across 5 bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, with ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bunk Bed
• Bedroom 5: Two Twin Bunk Beds

Guest access
As our guest, you will have private access to the entire property, including the house, the garage game room, and the driveway with ample parking.
Your stay also offers the opportunity to enjoy fantastic community amenities. By purchasing guest badges, you can access:
• Five lakes, two with beaches and waterfront access for swimming and two for fishing
• Two swimming pools to cool off
• Basketball courts for friendly competition
Badges can be purchased for $10 per person, and we recommend buying them directly from the community office upon arrival. Please note that the availability of community amenities is subject to seasonal operations and is not guaranteed.
Other things to note
-Community Registration-
• Upon booking, you will receive a form that must be completed and returned at least 72 hours before your arrival. This is required to register your stay with the community and ensure gate access. Forms received less than 72 hours in advance will incur a $75 expedited processing fee, as required by the community.
-Age Requirement-
• The primary renter must be 22 years of age or older.
• We do not host prom parties.
-Community Quiet Hours-
• To respect neighboring homes, we kindly request that guests observe he community quiet hours from 10p-8am each day and keep outdoor voices to a minimum during this time and not play music outside.
• We also ask that any music played indoors be kept to a level so that it is not heard outside.
