Stayed Jul 30, 2023When we first arrived we were impressed by the cleanliness of the house and the grounds. Everything was exactly as we pictured from the listing. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The house was suitable for the little ones with the playground and a nice big driveway. Private and peaceful. The host even supplied little extras like coffee pods - which was so unexpected and special. The house is literally 5-10 minutes from everything you may want to do in the area. Just perfect !

Stayed Jul 24, 2023The property is more than accommodating for a family. Most necessities are on site. The property is definitely geared towards families and the decor sets the mood for the local scene. Coming from Florida, we weren’t sure what to expect but we really loved the community and the environment around. The kids were sad to leave and are already asking when we will come back. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Vermont!

Stayed Aug 26, 2022My siblings and I brought our families to VT and this was a great setup to accommodate everyone, ranging from toddlers to adults. We appreciated the play set for the younger kids too!

Stayed Jul 5, 2022Kate was a wonderful host! The house was fantastic. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we could have needed (and some!). The bathrooms had all the extras that you might forget. The beds were incredibly comfortable and lots of room for kids to move around from bed to bed depending on who wanted a sleep-over! We have rented a lot of houses across the country over the years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. There was so much to do - we told the kids the TV didn't work and they never even missed it! We were sad to leave. If our travels ever bring us to Vermont again, we will definitely return to this house. Thank you Kate!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022We stayed for a long weekend with a 3-generation family of 10 people. We all liked the house: it is spacious and very well equipped. The thematic decorations are lovely. The beds are comfortable. The pool/table tennis table was a big hit. The outside area with the picnic tables and firepit is beautiful. It is a short ride to Wilmington (many nice restaurants) and many great hiking spots. The host is super-responsive. All in all a great weekend and we highly recommend the house.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beds were comfortable. The living room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There is a nice divider on the deck to separate the two sides of the house and we had our own fire pit and grill to use. We had a great time driving about 2 miles down the road the flea market, grocery store, and wonderful shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 4, 2022We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful and spacious property in Vermont. We were just a group of friends, a mix of couples and singles. It was the perfect place with a large living room spilt with a game room and the kitchen. It was very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect size.

Stayed Feb 22, 2022Kate was very responsive. Kids enjoyed the pool table that converts to ping pong table and dining table and also Ms PAC Man. 20 minutes to Mt Snow and there was snow plowing on the day we have over 12 inches. Close to Shaws supermarket. Plenty of towels and linens. Thank you Kate!
