Large family home with private pool and short drive to beach.

House was clean and perfect for our group. Very comfortable and the gathering areas were perfect for us.

The property is beautiful. The downstairs stove gave out while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. There was a slow drain the the 3rd floor shower but the manager came out and put in Draino. Unfortunately there was a leak that we communicated about but we recieved no response. We caught the water with a trashcan and no longer used the 3rd floor bath.

Property location was great with lots of space for everyone, the house is beautiful with lots of places to sit down for large families! The folks managing this property could have done a better job with providing a few more rolls of toilet paper, trash bag (there was 1 trash bag for the entire stay of 3 days). We had problems getting into the house at night, the property person provided help immediately but seemed rude at onset. After not so great start, we enjoyed the house very much for the rest of the stay.

We had a wonderful time with family. Great location. Plenty of space for everyone.

Our stay at this property was very comfortable. It had plenty of room for our family and friends. The location is walking distance to the waterfront with great restaurants and fun shops. We had a few minor issues which were handled very quickly by Kyle. He was helpful and friendly! The only downside was the listing shows the house has 6 bathrooms, but it actually has 4 1/2 bathrooms. The house has a good layout for a large group with many sitting areas and the screened in porch was very pleasant.

We planned and saved almost all year to stay at this house just to have the owners cancel our week so they could stay there for the 4th We had our grandchildren so excited about this house showing them pictures since Jan.2023 I don’t understand how the owners could do this to a family! By the grace of GOD Georgia Beach rentals helped us find a house. It was so disappointing to say the least!! The house may have been great our chance to enjoy it was taken away by the owner

The property was exactly as pictured. The house had plenty of room for our family. The access to town and the beach was great. We had a wonderful time. The only mishap was the ice maker in the upstairs fridge did not work.

Our 3 generation family enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. It was too cold for the pool or fire pit, but we sure did enjoy the multiple living rooms for just being together and watching games. Easy walk to historic area/town. Playground, tennis/pickle ball courts, mini golf, lighthouse and many dining options all within nice walking distance. Although we are not accustomed to shopping at a Winn Dixie, there is a very nice one within 3 miles, just on the other side of the airport. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Bring your own extra kitchen trash bags, bathroom toiletries & coffee pods. Thanks for a great stay and happy family memories.

This property has it all! Very clean and fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils, bath and beach towels you need! It is in walking distance to the pier area and shops/restaurants. We would rent this property again!
