Large family home on the private resort of La Manga Club &Golf

Pre arrival communication was vety good. The villa was well prepared, cleaned and equipped

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a group of 9; 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from aged 4-15. It was completely immaculate, with all the facilities a family could need. Loads of outdoor space, a fantastic games room, fab pool, garage to park at least 2 cars and a gated driveway for another. Each level had gates which would allow parents of much smaller children to relax. There is even a lift covering all 4 floors! Walking distance to all the amenities of La Manga Club and a short drive to larger supermarkets and the beaches of La Manga. Villa management were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Highly recommended!

We have just arrived home from our holiday in La Manga Resort and No.13 Montmares. This villa is perfection and we can't wait to return. 5 bedroom suites, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges and more terraces, balconies and outside sitting areas than you can use. Perfect for a very large family or just plenty of space for a family of five as we are. Each room is designed and decorated to the highest spec; I've never seen such attention to detail. The smallest corner would contain a beautiful chair or a lovely dresser and gorgeous ceramics and objects d'art placed in every room. The playroom is just fantastic; full-size pool table, table football, two brilliant pinball machines and a huge smart TV that we used for our music while we enjoyed the space. The pool is beautiful and the area surrounding it, spacious, well-designed and so comfortable. The kitchens hold every utensil you could conceivably ever need and the ceramic and table ware is of the best quality and taste. Oh yes - the water pressure ... 'power showers' don't do it justice. Just amazing, even when more than one of us was showering at the same time. I am gushing with praise for this house simply because it deserves nothing less. Stepping out on to the master balcony in the morning to look out at the amazing view of the resort and beyond to the Mar Menor, I felt truly blessed. We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday while we were there and this wonderful home helped make this happy family occasion a truly special one.

We had a fabulous time at La Manga and enjoyed the villa. It was probably far bigger than we needed for a family of 5 but we were able to spread out and had all the space we needed. The house is immaculate and was clean and well presented. So many spaces, particularly outside on the terraces, to enjoy. My only recommendation would be to bring the description up to date - the cinema room and gym in the basement aren't there now.

The villa was very well equipped and nicely presented throughout. Modern and spacious with plenty of outside space for kicking back and relaxing. Would happily stay again and would certainly recommend. Thanks for having us. Regards Dan

We had a lovely holiday staying in this beautiful villa. It was spotless. Plenty of room, plenty of cutlery for when you dine in which we did many times. The water in the pool was lovely and clean and remained so for the 10 days we stayed. The views are beautiful. Audrey the owner has been very helpful and responded promptly to any querys I had before the holiday and while we were there, all in all had a great holiday would love to go back.

We had a wonderful holiday in the most amazing house.
