Large Family Home on Adams Avenue - Great Ski-in/out (203151-1719)

Great house, great location!

My group of 9 found this property to be extremely spacious and roomy! The ski in/out experience made for a lovely time on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking hardware. The view overlooking the mountain was astonishing. We all felt very comfortable and found it to be an incredible value for our stay!

The photos do not do this house justice! We stayed here for an friend reunion, Aspen ski trip and were delighted by the charm and quirkiness of what was obviously a well-loved family home. The kitchen is large and well stocked for large groups. We had the fireplace going every night thanks to the well stocked woodpile. Ski in ski out off of Adam's Ave cannot be beat!

The property was outstanding. great location, clean, well maintained and very spacious. Ski in / Ski out was right outside the front door…amazing.

We had a great stay. The location was ideal for ski in and ski out. When we come back, we will definitely try to get this house again.

Excellent stay in Snowmass for our annual jazz weekend. Huge house that is perfect for large groups. Everyone has their own comfortable space. Hop on the mtb right from the front door. Highly recommend!

The house was definitely dated but overall well kept! I wish it would have been cleaner than it was. Great sleeping areas for a multiple family or friend adventure. There were a few disappointments such as no Air Conditioning, missing screens on the windows which we had to open since it was 88 during the day and with Toddlers I felt this was unsafe. The back patio was precious but had cigarette butts all on it and not cleaned.

While the property is dated and has a funky layout, the location can't be beat and the size to accommodate our group was greatly appreciated.

We had a group of 9 friends that are now scattered across the country, this was our annual get together and the house was perfect for cooking for our large group, with beds for everyone, and easy access to and from the mountain.

Overall, a good place to stay with true ski out, although one must be careful on the short steep trail. If no snow on road, 150-200 steps back in, mostly down hill. Well stocked hose with lots of room and lots of steps. Plenty of hot water with decent pressure. MAJOR PROBLEM: Listed as 5 bedrooms, but there are only 4!!!The “fifth bedroom” is a den with 2 trundle beds and NO DOOR. Uncomfortable beds and very noisy as no door and near other common areas and laundry room.Also no shades on windows in that room. Old house with need of repairs. Most of the mattresses should be replaced Property managers are very responsive and nice! Would recommend to renters but they should be aware of the above problems. Not a good place for 5 grown men desiring 5 bedrooms, however.
