Large family home just a short walk from the BEACH!

Wonderful older pet friendly home close to the beach, restaurants and dog park. The host was very friendly and attentive, checking in with us during our stay. Very happy that the pool was heated and the golf cart was a huge plus.

Wonderful older property near downtown and beaches. Heated pool and golf cart were favorites. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shops. Jim was a great host. He called to check in with us and responded to our needs. The only recommendation is to add beach towels. Great place and we booked again for next year.

The house was lovely and close to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus. Our annual family vacation was fantastic thanks to the size of the house and the swimming pool. If we come back to Vero Beach again we will definitely come back to this house!

Close to museum of art and beaches. Lovely pool. Excellent a/c, crucial in mid-July.

Property was beautiful and the host was amazing! Compensated us for the golf cart being a little faulty without us having to ask! Nice area and plenty of space in the house!

The home was a great central location for our family to gather for Breakfasts and Dinners by the pool. The host was more than accommodating and helpful. The Golf Cart was a fun addition to go to breakfast at Cassey's or for Ice Cream.

We had a great time during our stay! There were a few hiccups at the beginning however the host quickly got back to us and helped! The kitchen supplies were unfortunately lacking so we only cooked there once which defeats a lot of the appeal of a house vs. a hotel. The pool was great! Overall the house could use some updates but a nice neighborhood and everyone seems very friendly. Great location!!

We (me, wife and little dog) had a great February in Vero. The house is large enough to accommodate a good size family so we had room to spread out. Jim was a great host. Very easy to reach for questions.Close to Vero beaches, restaurants and shopping. Just a few blocks from Riverside Park where there's always something going on.The pool was great. Pool guy came once a week to clean and treat. Jim left us a golf cart that was too much fun. Best winter stay ever this year!

We entered and were greeted by treats and holiday decoration lights. The home is in a great location is spacious and included a golf cart.It had been described as a dated Kitchen, but the real issue was a marginal supply of cooking utensils. One of the bathrooms had a ceiling that was peeling away. So it seems like a Vero beach price that slightly missed expectations.

A great big rambling house, comfortably furnished; ideal for a large family to enjoy days at the beach followed by a dip in the backyard pool. The pool is heated, but a little chilly at 75 degrees. House has comfortable sleeping space for a quite a crew. Two tv’s, the one in central living area worked perfectly, but the second tv in bedroom did not work. We enjoyed our stay.

This was sprawling ranch home from the 60's with lots of extras! Golf cart, really nice, pool and games for the kids to play. Lots of room!.

Until hurricane Milton came through we were enjoying our vacation at this property. Within walking distance of beaches and the Vero Beach downtown. We even had a golf cart to buzz around on! The home was very clean and comfortable.

2 blocks from Beach, shopping & Restaurants. The pool and golf cart were a plus. The 8 of us had a great vacation. Jim was attentive to our needs.

The location was wonderful. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very relaxing and the pool was wonderful.

We had a great week! Location, pool, and golf cart are a big plus! Lots of room for the 6 of us to have our own space, lounge around, or sit at the table and play games! Unique older property with lots of character! The kitchen isn't stocked with everything to do a lot of cooking, but we made it work. Would rent again, because like I said .....location, pool and golf cart were super additions to the property!
