Large Family Friendly home in quiet forested neighborhood with sauna & hot tub.

The hot tub was great after a day of skiing at wolf creek.

A quiet neighborhood with nearby trails, great hot tub and decks. The weather got chilly at night, even in August so we loved all the outdoor space!

Family vacation ages 4-74. Well equipped home for family time.

Great time

This is my second stay at this house and it didn't disappoint. Great place and Cynthia is wonderful and accommodating. Next time I am in Pagosa, I will stay there again.

I come to Pagosa once or twice a year. We have stayed all over town and in South Fork. This was a great house for us and group of teens. We try to buy groceries and cook and this house had plenty utensils and misc spices etc that make it very easy. Thabk you!

Property was great for our family of six with 2 dogs. Great layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. And the fenced backyard allowed for our dogs room to roam. Thanks so much to our host, Cindy, who was great.

This stay exceeded our expectations! Will definitely be visiting Pagosa again! House is tucked away in a neighborhood only 10-15 minutes from town which was perfect for us!

It's the perfect getaway cabin that has its own sauna and hot tub for soaking. We planned ahead and brought our food and stayed in the cabin almost the entire time. Property owner/manager was super responsive when we needed them.

This place was great. Description of property was accurate. Sleeping arrangements were great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of games to play at the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Pagosa Springs. It was nice and quiet & the kids really enjoyed the amenities that were offered (ie hot tub, sauna, foosball table). We appreciate that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog. Would consider renting again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the Sauna. The neighborhood is so peaceful with beautiful scenery. The house is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

We had so much staying here. The sauna & hot tub were so relaxing and clean. The yard was perfect for our dogs to explore safely and had plenty of room to play. They even had lots of dogs bowls for us to use to keep them hydrated. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was gorgeous with nearly everything you could need to create any meal you want. We do recommend taking Clorox wipes (there wasn’t a lot of products available to keep up on the cleaning) & better quality dish tabs then what was provided for our visit. No matter how well we prewashed the dishes we had to re-wash every load we did while there. Fun fact there is a pair of socks on the fan in the game room upstairs. Look for them if you stay! We definitely would love to rebook and stay here again!

I've got to start with the hosts. They were very accommodating and helpful preparing for the trip. Communication was great and the rental agreement and house rules were very reasonable. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about three miles off the main drag. In just a few minutes, we were able to get to stores and several great restaurants. A couple more miles to the hot springs downtown. We enjoyed several walks around the neighborhood. I didn’t recall much emphasis in the ad for the gigantic fenced back yard. It made bringing our small dog along very easy. We also had a great time in the hot tub. The ad shows how nice the house is with great and comfortable living areas that really make you feel at home – why I love using VRBO. Thanks!
