Large Family Friendly Home at Paradise Village at Zion with private hot tub

Everything was perfect. The host was always quick to respond, the house was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Nice neighborhood as well.

Everything we needed was provided. The place was so comfortable and set up so well, you could be all together as a group and still have a way to have down time.

This really is a great gathering place for our adult children and grandchildren. Each bedroom has a full bath. Both floors also have a half-bath. The littles loved the air hockey table and the rock . The adults loved the hot tub and fire pit.

It was a cute place to stay.

This place was FANTASTIC! Home was very nice, clean, well equipment and maintained. Will be renting again in the future for sure.

We loved staying at the “Gathering Place” all of the extras like the x-box, the ping pong table, the Children’s area on the top floor were very nice. We only have one suggestion and that is to put a parental lock on the sliding door in the upstairs play area. We have kids with short memories, and we had to keep on them to not open that balcony door when adults weren’t around. We would stay there again for sure

This is my 3rd time renting in Paradise Village and this was our favorite house by far. We will definitely be back.

Outstanding

This house was a terrific value and the community is great. The kids loved the pools, pickleball courts right behind the community, and the great stores and grocery blocks away. It’s central to all the stuff we wanted like Snow Canyon. Having so many bathrooms and beds gave us plenty of room to spread out. The only thing that needs some help are some of the dishes were in bad shape - melted spatulas with plastic flaking off, pans with non-stick coating chopping off, etc. some minor replacements needed there. The dishwasher also had some exposed metal sections on the basket wiring. We alerted owner and sent pictures for future addressing. I handwashed during our stay and still consider the property a great value even with the inconvenience which I’m sure they’ll address.

Great stay

This stay was amazing. Everything so organized and easy to follow. Perfect place to stay with plenty of room and very clean. Had everything we could ask for. We had a great time. At the end we left, but our grandson realized he had left his toy at the house. The owner programmed the lock to let us back in and get the toy. That was so nice when they didn’t have to do that! Thanks for the stay.

Check in process was easy, great communication and property owners were great to work with. We loved the location and amenities of the property. Would stay here again!

Our 13 year old son had a baseball tournament in St George, this property was perfect, close to the fields, restaurants, grocery, and only minutes away from I-15, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, cook ware, towels for the pool, nice TV’s and WiFi availability. The private hot tub is icing on the cake! Look forward to our next visit.

We loved every thing about the gathering place! Beautiful home with all the amenities. You can tell they have put thought into what families with children need. Lots of information is provided throughout the home. The couches, beds, and patio furniture is comfortable.

This is our 3rd year staying in this community, so we can compare it to others in the area. I have to say that overall this was a great property for big families, especially those with young children. There was a big common space where the kids could hang out, play video games, games, or watch movies. There was plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to choose from. The open living space made it fun for everyone to be together. We all had a great time, and thank you very much for your hospitality.

This house was perfect for our family . We will definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. Water park was within walking distance however, the little ones were to tired after swimming and playing in the sun to walk back.

This house was perfect and so clean and so much fun for kids and adults. It was the perfect walking didtance to both pools. And its only like 10 min drive to Tuhacan. We cant wait to come again next year
