Large Estate Close To Everything.

House is just what we needed. Had a bunch of family fly in for my daughter’s wedding and this home did not disappoint. It’s exactly (if not better) than the description. A lot of places leave out some items but not here. Our stay was amazing and if I ever need another place to sleep many people in Denver, I’m choosing this house again. Thank you Jim!

Great communication with host, house extremely clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, and tons of space for our group. Check in was explained perfectly for effortless check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

Great home with plenty of space. Kitchen has a lot of tableware, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, and great appliances. There is a green space that abuts the rear property line for hiking or biking. The house is fabulous. The owner very responsive and kind!

The “Big House” was everything as advertised. The location was great! And, the walking trail behind the home and surrounding horse farms and beautiful homes made our family’s experience extra special!

Host responds on time, very close to shops, pharmacy etc. Nice entertainment, theatre room and game room.

The layout of the home, especially the 4 main level bedrooms each with an on-suite bath, was perfect for our large family.

This house is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a fun week or weekend with family. It’s such a big, beautiful house with classy furniture and decor and very comfortable beds. The master bedroom and bathroom are truly a work of art. My family and I had such a good time staying here and everyone was comfortable. The upper/main floor is so spacious and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out, but the basement is the real showstopper - a pool table, movie theater, and little kitchen for all your party needs. Jim is the best host I’ve ever had - he is a real class act guy. He responded to all of my questions before the stay and was extremely helpful when we had an issue come up (not relating to or the fault of him or the house, but an emergency on our side). I highly recommend choosing this place and choosing Jim for your stay - I was beyond impressed.

The house is really spacious and there were 15 of us there. The kitchen was the focal point for us as we all sat around and chatted. Walking trail out back. The new water fountain was gorgeous!!

Our group of 18 were in town for my daughter’s wedding and we wanted a place for immediate family. This home was incredible! Everyone had a very comfortable bed and a place to escape if you needed a minute. There was more than enough pillows, blankets, dishes, seating, etc. It was very clean and exactly as advertised. There were miles ipon miles of hiking/bike trails behind the property wirh multiple bikes available. We will rent this house again!

We stayed at the estate for a weekend trip to Denver. It proved to be a perfect location for our trips to and from Ball Arena for basketball games and also Denver bars/restaurants. What’s more, the kitchen and yard were large enough for us to do full group meals and activities. Everyone (about 20 people) slept comfortably and there were plentiful bathrooms. Jim was an excellent host and promptly answered my questions throughout the stay. Finally, I would be remiss not to mention the beautiful walking trail accessible from the estate’s backyard! All in all, I highly recommend Jim’s place.

Really amazing property for our whole family (18 of us) to gather for the matriarch’s 80th birthday. Lots of main floor bedrooms for those who can’t do stairs (there are steps up into the house, but once in all of main floor is level). Great kitchen. Despite subzero temps and snow it was cozy and inviting!

Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed are time walking the high line canal, playing billiards and just hanging out. Great location with quiet privacy.

The house has a good location for driving into Denver for loads of activities, and then coming back to a very quiet gated property that feels very secure. Our family enjoyed a super Christmas holiday stay! The home is nicely furnished and there was even a Christmas tree for us to enjoy and have a family photo taken! Perfect!

Our family flew into Denver from Florida, Virginia, Arizona, and California. The house was perfect for our big group, in a perfect location for exploring Denver. The host was great at communicating with us and was very helpful in changes we needed to make during our stay. We had a great time!

The house and setting is gorgeous. Rented the house for our son's wedding weekend and we enjoyed the open space living area with fireplaces to hang out together - so much better than a hotel. The kitchen was amazing. There is a trail behind the house that our family enjoyed for our morning walks and jogging. My only comment would be that the bathrooms all need updating. For a 9000 sq ft house and the gorgeous living area, the bathrooms fell short. Theatre room worked well. I would highly recommend this house!

PROs: location is fantastic Huge, spacious home, multiple bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bath. Makes getting ready for a wedding ideal. Great space for hanging out with family and playing games, etc CONs: the property is very run down and needs a thorough cleaning. Steam shower in the master bath is super moldy and dark. Many lights just don’t work. Landscaping is overgrown and there are some broken steps/pavers that are broken

Beautiful and spacious. Our whole family loved it. Loved having lots of space for everyone.

It is ideal for a large family gathering. Super clean and very good beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are large enough to gather around and cook together. More than enough utensils plus a large refrigerator and two dishwashers. I would highly recommend this property.

We had 12 old rugby mates from across the USA together for 4 days to golf and relaxing at the Big House. Spacious, easy to be with each other, fun meals, great watching Olympic Rugby in the theater. Thank you Jim!
