Large Downtown House with Hot Tub & Entertaining Decks

We loved our stay at the house. There was lots of room for our party and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The quality of the towels was great too. The only critic was that the dishes were super dirty when we arrived and we had to wash them all by hand before using them. We discovered that the water to the dishwasher was turned off, so that may explain it. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.

Hot tub wasn’t clean and didn’t work well (no jets and wasn’t very warm). Very responsive host when the air conditioning stopped working. Was out within hours to fix it. Would stay again. Very close to downtown Nashville

Hot tub was great, AC was very cold, was there for 1 week with 9 adults and had 6 rolls of toilet paper (not enough), only 1 roll of paper towels, shower in upstair hall way bathroom sucked(temp regulator was either scalding hot or freezing cold), un-maintained deck and in places un-safe.

Clean

House was clean, furniture is dated, dining table wood finish is scratched up and one of the chairs loosing its stability. Had 3 games, but luckily we brought our own. Outdoor wood steps at the rear outsied of the house and wood work can stand to be refurbished. Beds in the Master Bedroom and bedroom on the main floors need step stools. Mattress height is high. Difficult to access bed. Had to purchase a step stool to access. Great location for tourist spots and Broadway.

Great location and layout worked well for the group that stayed in this home.

The place was perfect for our spring break trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The bathrooms had soap and shampoo. We had a little problem with the upstairs AC, but it was attended to very quickly and we were overall very satisfied!

This house is very cute inside and was perfect for our friend group of 8 adults! The location is amazing and very walkable to fun places in Germantown as well as Broadway. The owners are super responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend staying here for your Nashville visit!

Very roomy, never seemed crowded with eight of us. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. Nice bedding.

Picked a house that would fit 8 people and this house delivered. Plenty of space and a short ride to Broadway. We did the trolley tour one day and there was a stop within walking distance and you can get on/off at any of the 13 stops. House was clean and had everything we needed. Check in/out was super easy. One friend accidentally left cash in a drawer and reached out to owner. It was refunded immediately once found. We will be back!

Very comfortable home and very conveniently located near downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub. We appreciate the quick replacement of a television that was not functioning properly when we arrived. This is a great location for a family gathering to enjoy downtown Nashville!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were lovely. Host was very responsive (thank you again for letting us use the table). Hot tub was clean. Beds are very comfortable.

The house was clean comfortable and centrally located, making it easy to uber wherever we went. There were 10 women and there was plenty of room. Owner even accommodated us when we arrived early. The only issue we had was the were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. Could use a couple more chairs outside too but all in all it was great. Would book again!

Great house.

Property was nice and in a great location for our events. I feel the house cleanliness could have been better - floors were dusty, mold in the showers, carpets were filthy. Advertised a pool but there was none and we were charged extra for a hot tube in 100* heat. Overall, I’d recommend but I’d make renters aware.

Great place close to everything

Absolutely beautiful accommodations. The home and property was very inviting and we had plenty of room for the 8 of us on our Annual Girls Trip. All of us enjoyed our stay and If we do make it back to Tennessee we would surely book again! 10/10 STARS!

We were celebrating a bachelorette and the location was prefect for us. Our uber rides were short. The house was big enough for us 9 girls. It’s a quiet location and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was spacious and clean. We very much enjoyed the outdoor area! We were very thankful the hosts were able to accommodate our late checkout!

We truly enjoyed the property while in town for Chase Matthew's debut at the Ryman. The propery location was perfect for trips down to Broadway and back. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Host was kind and very responsive. We will be back!

We stayed here over Christmas and it did not disappoint.The rooms downstairs were beautifully decorated for Christmas (thanks Mat and Kelly!) and when you're there for the holidays and packing so much, it really made all the difference to walk into a decorated house.Location is great! Nice residential neighborhood but and quick and easy uber to downtown Nashville.We did run into a couple of issues where the heat stopped working and the main bedroom toilet would keep running. Mat was quick to address the heat issue and was even going to have his guy come out Christmas Day. Since it was Christmas and wasn't freezing, we didn't want to put anyone out on the holiday and waited until the 26th.There was plenty of space for all of us and my only regret was that due to a family incident, we were not able to spend enough time at the house and test out the hot tub!There is no shortage of supplies to cook but I would bring any herbs/spices along if you plan on cooking.We would definitely come back and we appreciated being able to stay together as a family instead of being in a hotel.

House was nice. Had several maintenance issues that we were not aware of. Needs updating. Probably would not have paid as much as we did if we would have known. But, we enjoyed being together as a family.

Mat's house was perfect for our group. We were a group of friends and family visiting Nashville to celebrate my 50th birthday. We were 7 and the house has a great layout and plenty of space for everyone and a good-sized living room for relaxing. Kitchen is large and is good for cooking meals. The hot tub was perfect after walking around all day. It is a 5 minute walk to the Farmers Market, which is fabulous. There is an indoor section with restaurants and shops and also an outdoor section with fresh produce and merchants selling their products, souvenirs, and other stuff. Check the website for their hours. The Old Town Trolley goes right by the Farmers market so very easy to get on that. House was also a 5 or so minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville where all the action is. It was great to be close by it, but having a quiet place to go when done. There are 2 grocery stores within a 15-20 minute walk or a 5-minute car ride. Great location! I'm also a short term rental host and definitely recommend Mat's house for your stay!

We flew in on Sunday, and enjoyed quick Uber rides downtown and into several attractions. The house is clean and the location was worth the money. Comfortable beds and a cold air conditioner!
