Large Designer Home with Prime WaterColor Location near Tennis Center and Seasid

The home is very spacious and well appointed. The location is central to everything and is easy to get around.

Great house..... pictures are accurate.... if you love to cook... the kitchen has most everything you need. We loved the 5 minute walk to Seaside town center. House has a nice little lane out front that has no traffic.

We had 12 people in our group spanning 3 generations and the house fit us all perfectly! The bottom level is like it's own suite with 3 bedrooms and a living space - this is the level that you enter on. The main living space with the kitchen is on the second level so be aware that there are stairs involved for cooking, eating, hanging out altogether, etc. Fortunately this wasn't an issue for us but a gate on the stairs might be nice for an extra safety precautions with little ones. The screened porch on the main living level was really great to have. We were right in between Camp Watercolor and Seaside so we walked everywhere, including to downtown Watercolor. We all loved how spacious the main living area was, especially with enough room at the dining room table to seat everyone comfortably. This was one of our top rentals in Watercolor!

We had 7 adults - my husband and myself, 2 adult kids, significant other and grandparents. Plenty of room for us all with private bathrooms. The tv rooms downstairs and also upstairs were a plus. The kids could break away and watch their movies downstairs later in evening while we stayed upstairs. But if we all wanted to watch in the upstairs room, there was plenty of couch space for everyone. House is well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses for eating in. Heat and hot water worked great. We will definitely be back for a 3rd and 4th visit!

Most evenings we decided to stay in and cook since the kids were so worn out. A dinner out would have been meltdown central. After getting groceries we got back to the house and realized there wasn’t any seasoning, PAM, or condiments. This made cooking very difficult. It would be nice if the kitchen was more stocked with the basics. More than two trash bags and two dishwasher tabs would have been very helpful.

We had the best time with our family in this house. It was spacious and we loved that the downstairs had a separate living space for the kids to hang out and watch TV. The location was perfect- a quick bike ride, walk, or golf cart drive to multiple pools and the beach. We can’t wait to come back to this house next year!

We stayed with my family of five (3 kids) and my sister’s family of four (2 kids) and my elderly parents. Eleven total. We had 2 bunks and the hallway daybed bed vacant. The kitchen is upstairs with two master suites. 3 bedrooms downstairs. The 4 porches are great.

We had an extended family vacation stay at this beautiful home and brought our two small pups. Plenty of parking onsite. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space at the end of the day. We loved eating and hanging out on the screened in patio. Easy access to the downtown via walking trails or provided bikes. We had an issue with the fridge and freezer dying the first day we were there and it did take all day for it to get replaced and the new fridge did not get to proper temperature or till the next morning. Was not use to the lack of provisions provided so make sure to bring coffee filters, extras of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and kitchen garbage bags, as not enough provided for a stay for two people let alone a full house for 4 days. Also if you are wanting to streaming methods to the TV's nor any HDMI cables provided to plug in your own devices. Was kind of creepy to have someone sitting at the end of the driveway just before 9am waiting in the car for us to depart for the 10am checkout. Overall the stay was great. We would know what to bring next time and will certainly consider staying again if considering 30A as we liked Watercolor.
