Large, comfortable house, 1 mile to the BEACH- restaurants in walking distance

Everything was just as listed in the description. The house is large, lovely and well-appointed. Great for hosting a group. Highly recommend!

I rented this house for a family weekend. I live in Bethany Beach. My five grandsons, three wives and three Great Grand children 2,3 & 5. They All loved it. Great space and privacy. Decks everywhere, Big dining space for all.They also enjoyed an excellent game room and the coaster bikes.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! Would highly recommend!

This house has great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the large table for gathering. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Our host was great. We especially loved walking to restaurants. My grandchildren had so much fun in the game room.

Wow! This rental was so spacious, clean and within walking distance to Grottos, Surfin' Betty's, Bethany Diner, DiFebo's Market & Restaurant, Rita's, Chinese, Sushi along with other unique stores to the area like Sea Needles (knitting, crochet & cross stitch). These were all wonderful to walk to.Rental - The bedrooms & bathrooms had more space than most rentals. We really enjoyed having the open living room so close to the open dining room with the kitchen. The screened in porch in September was wonderful, please check out the pics.Laura was easy to get a hold of to answer any questions we had. She is a very detailed lady with all their house information, like wifi, check in & check out policy. Parking passes were a huge bonus, make sure to read them for details on where they are valid to park, don't assume it's everywhere in Bethany Beach.I would of added more pics but only allowed 8. We never had a place with so much space, loved this house!There is so many bonuses to this clean beautiful house that the only downside to this was MAYBE the mile to the beach. We had a few drivers and one would drop ladies off at the beach & another would pick them up when they were done. We will be renting again, thanks Laura & Rick! God bless!

I’m so glad we found this property to rent for the week, because the game room and tons of puzzles and games came in super handy during three rainy days (hurricane Erin passing through)! We had enough space with two families, 5 kids under 10 and plenty of things to do or places to go nearby. Laura and Rick have thought of everything, and were extremely responsive. The house is convenient to everything in Bethany, but we also spent time in Fenwick and Ocean City without dealing with the crowds. Thank you for the best family vacation!

Very large and comfortable. Nicely decorated and all the supplies and accessories you need. Bikes were a big hit as well as ping pong and pool! We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to coming back!

This was a beautiful vacation home. Its was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The host Laura was always available and very pleasent. We loved it.

Beautiful vacation home with plenty of space for our family of 12 ages 5-59. The kitchen had everything we needed and the screened in porch was our favorite gathering place. Beds were comfortable and property was quiet even though it’s right in the midst of everything you need. Loved taking the Trolley to the beach snd boardwalk. Bike rides were fun and you have to check out the little Italian Market about a block away. We love Bethany Beach snd this home was fabulous!!!

It was great. Allowed for multi generational vacation and that was so awesome.

This house was beyond every other place we’ve stayed. Clean, comfy, so much space and activities and it was perfectly located right next to the difebos market area. Also loved how they had cruiser bikes ready to borrow. Communication was great. Will definitely look to stay here going forward

Property had great space for 12 people and all the amenities we needed. The location made it easy to walk to breakfast or dinner!

The home was spacious for our 5 couples. Plenty of room for privacy and then big enough area for us all to gather comfortably! The location was a mile from the start of our organized ride. We would like to rent again for thevride in 2026!!!
