The bike/walking path right behind the house was very convenient - just over a mile to walk to Main Street. Adam was quick to respond to our questions and needs. I highly recommend this rental!

All 4 families enjoyed this beautiful home. Lots of space to gather and plenty of room for privacy. Everyone had their own bathrooms and bedrooms.

Great location. The most significant issue was the basement. It smelled moldy when we arrived and that persisted through the week. Our daughter who slept in the basement had respiratory problems for a couple weeks afterwards. Might have been something else ... but we don't think so. The second issue isn't something that can be easily addressed. Why haven't the owners installed central air? All the air conditioners are collectively annoying ... and the fuses popped multiple times. Shouldn't have been our worry on vacation. The final issue was that the toilet in the entry area malfunctioned early in our stay ... and it took a few days to have a repairperson arrive. Again, shouldn't have been our worry on vacation. The gifts and notes from the owners were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Greatly appreciated! We're all lucky to have these as problems. Peace.

We’ve rented this place for I think 4 years now. Such a great place overall and if you have 4 adult children like we do you will appreciate the space that allows for togetherness and private bedroom bath areas for independence. Plus Chatham, Cape Code, beach vaca! Don’t hesitate, unless you ate trying to scoop my week!

We had a great time at this property; we are a family of 10 with adult children. The rooms are large, well-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms. The en-suite bathrooms were a game changer; there are many ways to get privacy, as well as great large gathering places (our favorite, the outdoor table and fire-pit). The location is great, minutes to Chatham. We had a leak issue and the property manager was responsive immediately. Our only 'complaint' is that the grass/gardens were a mess -- the grass was really long (past our ankles), and as a result, we didn't get to use any of the lawn games we brought. The gardens probably look gorgeous when maintained; however there were so many weeds that were really tall and overgrown, it was hard to appreciate, and we think this was one of the reasons we dealt with tons of insects while sitting outside.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family reunion - especially being able to bring our four legged members as well! The kitchen and house are very well equipped for hosting family and friends both inside and outside. The location next to the bike paths were great to be able to head into town and to the beach with in 15mins, safely off the roads. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in.We were a party of 8 and there was ample room for al.Very well equipped kitchen. Had fun walking to the town shops the pier and beach.The kids were able to ride their bikes on all the trails.Had a ride on the small planex.All in all a wonderfull place to stay.Many thanks to the owners who had paid meticulous care to all the details needed to make us so comfortabl.e.

My husband and I rented this home so that we would have plenty of space for our daughters and son-in-laws. 5 large beautiful bedrooms provided the space for everyone to relax after hanging out and cooking in the well appointed kitchen/ great room. A bike path behind the home provided a close, safe area to walk the dogs. Beautiful area, close to downtown, short drive to p town and beaches. We were surprised by a lovely welcome gift by the owners, so thoughtful❤️ We would highly recommend this property!!!
