Description

Large apartment in the central via Roma, a few steps from the station and the main attractions in the building of the early twentieth century with elevator. It is equipped with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, dining room, large entrance hall, kitchen. All rooms, with the exception of one, have a separate balcony. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, in a corner position, the rooms are therefore illuminated during all hours of the day, thanks also to large French doors. Ceilings and floors conserve the old decorations: carpet floors and stucco decorations of the ceilings, roofs four meters high.
The furnishings are made up of a mix of antique and modern elements. Space and light are the predominant elements. The apartment retains the lived aspect of its almost 100 years, but is equipped with the necessary precautions that will make your stay comfortable: air conditioners in the bedrooms, in the living room and in the dining room, radiators in the four bathrooms.
We are located 500 m from the Central Station, 600 m from the Quattro Canti heart of the historic center, 500 m from the historic Vucciria market, 1 km from the Cathedral. Opposite the entrance of the building there is the stop of the urban bus line 101 that runs through the center every 10 minutes.
If you arrive by bus from the airport, with a stop at the Central Station, or by train, the apartment will be reachable with a 5-minute walk. If you come by car remember that the city center of Palermo is Limited Traffic Zone: you have to pay a daily ticket to move inside. There is the possibility of private parking in the area.
