Stayed Oct 26, 2023This was a very comfortable room for my husband and myself. We came to be near our daughter while she had her first baby. The room was warm, clean and great location for us to be close to the hospital and to our daughter and son-in-law’s apartment. The price was excellent and we would want to stay there again next time we come up to Knoxville. Thank you so much! ❤️

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Check in was simple and easy. The place was clean and comfortable. I never saw the owner so it felt like a private place even though it was a shared space. My only complaint is that the a/c was really cold, but that just meant my daughter and I had to snuggle a little more. My daughter thought the shower was the best shower she has ever taken.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023My husband and I came to visit our son for parents weekend at UTK. We didn’t want to spend a lot of $ on a hotel when we knew we would be out and about spending time with our son. This place was perfect. Would recommend. Very clean and homey.
