Great for snuggling up with a book! This is my favorite room. I love to open one of the french doors that lead to the back patio and I read a book or work on my laptop while I listen to the wonderful exotic birds. Very relaxing!

Our home is located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix, which encompasses an area of 35 square miles with a population of around 200,000. Median household income in the area is 15% above the Phoenix average, median rent paid is 10% above the Phoenix average, the percentage of married-couple families with children is 8% higher than the Phoenix average and Percentage of married-couple families with both working is 33% higher than the Phoenix average.

The home is located in a solid middle class neighborhood, with a mix of business owners, white collar workers and blue collar tradespeople. The neighborhood is safe and stable, with little turnover, most homeowners having owned their homes for at least 25-40 years. We have an active neighborhood association that protects our neighborhood and creates a real sense of community among home owners.
