This house is in a quiet street in the Flinders Beach community, very close to 4WD beach access and about a 5 minute drive from the Amity Point township. Located in a lovely bush setting, this property is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. There are large covered decks at the front & rear of property with gas BBQ & outdoor setting for 8 people, making it perfect for outdoor entertaining. The fenced back yard is suitable for small dogs (outside only). The house sleeps a maximum of 10

Stayed Dec 27, 2025The house was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed and more. It truly exceeded our expectations. The location was tranquil and beautiful. Communication with the rental agency was excellent. We highly recommend staying at this property. Perfect for families and groups.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All had a great time, apart from a lot of lights not working. Overall house & linen very clean but windows and doors very dirty.
