Large Bay Home- Big Swimming Pool Palapa Bar Surrounded by water & lush gardens

Very nice property. Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of space and decorated very nice. The pool and outdoor living was awesome. I would definitely rent this place again.

Enjoyed a family beach vacation with our 3 adult children and their spouses 3 young grandchildren. Very nice second home & beautiful backyard. Good location, close to canal & beach. House was fully stocked with cooking & grilling supplies, comfortable beds for all and good seating areas. Traci was very responsive to the few questions/ requests we had.

Our family, grown children and their families, have been gathering once a year in early summer just to be together. This by far is the best place we’ve stayed by far!!! It’s practically perfect in every way! Traci was so quick to respond to our questions. She has decorated the space with such care and with so many cool pieces of art and furniture. All the beds were so comfy with great sheets making it heavenly for a good nights rest after a day at the beach and by the pool. The kitchen isn’t huge, but was big enough for our group of 7 and pretty well stocked. Our daughters family stayed in the room which was like a really big studio apt with beds, sofa sitting area with tv, a coffee bar, bathroom and 3 entrances from outside. (Must take outside stairs to get to the main part of the house) which was great for their privacy. The backyard is truly lush with green grass, succulents, great furniture, and the pool is huge with a true deep end. The slide was a hit with the granddaughter and half the adults for sure. The pool stays sunny pretty much most of the day so even when the outside temperature was in the 80’s the water was perfect. The outside shower was a great asset. After the beach being able to rinse thoroughly before getting in the pool kept the pool and the bathrooms clean. The location to the public beach was literally just a couple of minutes away. Pizza, alcohol and gas, too were just minutes away. Basically, our stay here was amazing!

This house was absolutely amazing!! The amenities and location were Spot On!! The owner was very accommodating and helpful. In would highly recommend this beautiful place to all!!!

We booked Pearl Basin somewhat last minute after our other rental was damaged from the storms and it was a blessing! We wanted a spacious home for our family beach trip we take to Galveston every year. This house was so beautiful from the decor details and to the amazing swimming pool. We really liked that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dogs as well. Traci went above and beyond to accommodate us. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

We are repeat visitors to this beautiful home; every year we fall more and more in love with it! The home is gorgeous, stocked with essentials, cozy and inviting, and the outdoor area is amazing for the kids and adults to swim and hangout all day! Short drive to the beach too! We just left and are already ready for our next trip! Thank you for having us again this year!
