Stayed May 18, 2025There was quite a bit of rubbish outside the property on arrival, which we cleared. The ceiling in the outside area needs attention as it is quite mouldy. Overall a decent size property with a nice pool. Supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025Pros of this property: The neighborhood is nice (minus the outside of this house which looks horrible compared to all the other houses on the street) and quiet. The house is cute “inside only” & was very clean. Close to a lot of shopping & the beach. LOVED seeing the iguanas everyday in the yardCons: This house was pricey compared to some & one of the main reasons I chose it was the “hot tub”. I know this might be small to some but I have severe pain in many parts of my body so the “hot tub” was important to me, Only to find out there is no hot tub. There is a part of the pool that has jets but cannot be used unless you pay to have the heat turned on. Unfortunately that isn’t an option in the “summer” even though it was cold in the morning and evening and it’s actually spring, which made the pool and so called hot tub very cold. I mentioned this the first day and they didn’t offer any options or anything. Just a “sorry”.There is a HORRIBLE stench when the pool runs and it comes in through the house water There was no communication on trash. I had to ask when it went down only because whomever was there prior to us clearly had raw meat in the trash because it stunk up the entire property. Check out instructions were not given until I asked twice There is no privacy in the primary bedroom FYIOverall we really did enjoy our stay and I have never ever given a negative review and it wasn’t all negative but I was very disappointed with the items mentioned.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025The inside of the house is very nice and modern. It has everything you’d need. Property manager was very nice and responsive. There are a few things that would have raised our overall rating to a 5, listed below. A pantry or kitchen cabinet space would also be a nice plus. -All the blinds let lots of sunshine in. Made it difficult to sleep after sunrise.-The pool light doesn’t work. This made night swimming uninviting. -The outdoor spa jets didn’t work unless you paid for the water heater. Really would have loved to use the spa.-The exterior of the house can use some TLC. Landscaping was ugly and front porch was filled with bugs and spider webs. Seems not much focus is placed on the exterior.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025We had a wonderful three week stay in Bonita Springs this January. The location was located at the end of a cul de sac, quiet and close to beaches and restaurants. Only a few minor issues with the rental encountered and Avantstay was able to respond quickly. I would suggest that beach chairs and bikes be added to the house as well as extra blankets/throws for the tv area. Overall, we were very happy with this home.
