Stayed May 24, 2024This property fit our needs perfectly! 4 older couples down to enjoy a NASCAR race. The king size beds were super comfy - very large and spacious. Host was quick answers to our questions. You might want to bring towels - we asked for more but were told that was all they had (kind of smallish and only 1 per person). No bath mats so be careful getting out of shower. Also, all bedrooms are upstairs - we had 2 people with mobility issues that had to tackle the stairs. Fully stocked kitchen, great appliances- large fridge, washer & dryer, plenty of seating, great location for race, dining, shopping, etc. The only thing you need to run out and purchase are your paper products- 3 toilets with 1 roll each (no spares). We would rent again for another racing adventure!

Stayed Nov 3, 2023A great house for a family. Roomy with large beds and plenty of toilets. We were in town for a wedding at Riverwood Manor and it was really close to the venue. Easy to get to the beltway and near plenty of stores.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023The house was as advertised, in a nice and quiet family oriented neighborhood. The house itself is exactly as the photos in the listing. The downstairs area is very spacious, with lots of counter space in the kitchen as well as an open design to better cook all the while hang out with and entertain guests. Jason was responsive when needed although we didn't need much, but it helped that he responded so quickly when needed. The upstairs was also very spacious with three sizable regular bedrooms and a huge master bedroom. There was also lots of addition linen should you need it. My mom, sister and I really enjoyed our trip and look forward to visiting the area again!

Stayed May 3, 2023The house was as described in the listing. We were staying for our son's wedding and hosted the brides family the night before. Open with room to spare. We had requested extra towels, as we had 6 females and Jason had them delivered to front door. Will definitly book again if we need to be in the area.

Stayed Apr 12, 2023A great place to stay. Proximity to the speedway and Concord make it an excellent choice if your headed to a race or event in the area.
