At the heart of the seaside resort of Morgat Finistere south in the Bay of Douarnenez, close to beaches, shops, harbor, restaurants, ... this bright modern and comfortable house you will have a great time on the tip of Brittany.

The house of 140 m² on 1500 m² of land comprises of 4 c, 1 bathroom, 1salles water and 2 separate WC, a us fitted kitchen and large living dining room opening onto a large terrace woods and garden.

The beach is located 700 m from the house, youcan enjoy swimming and water sports.

At the end of the Breton tip, the Crozon peninsula offers varied landscapes of beauty and still wild. Come on coastal trails along creeks (over fifteen channels) or through the typical villages of fishermen houses.

    If you are used to the advertised price representing the complete price for your stay, beware. The extras listed in fine print made up, in summer, an additional 15% (€215). In winter with heating it would be significantly more. On other holiday rental sites, property owners include linen, water and power. Here they are extras. There was no obvious welcome or information pack - we eventually discovered it on a poster board in the dark utility room. We were not met at the property. On the positive side, the house is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The main living/dining area is very light and open. There is a very pleasant terrace. It was a good fit for a family of five, but it would feel cramped for eight adults. There is not much privacy. It is walking distance from the pretty beachfront at Morgan, and not far from the more extensive shopping at Crozon. We accessed some of the GR34 which is beautiful.

    We stayed here for a week in July. It is a lovely house - very bright and modern with all you need for a vacation. It is situated a short walk from the town of Morgat where there are a variety of activities available, along with a beautiful beach. The house itself is in a very quiet area and a lovely big garden. We had a lovely stay and would highly reccommend this property. A lovely relaxing place to stay.
