Large and private summer pad | Spa | huge backyard | 3 mins to beach

House was huge, there were rooms we didn’t need to use at all. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need (washing powder, heaps of towels, pantry staples, great sound system, every kitchen tool you can imagine etc.) Tineke and Kurt were awesome at replying promptly when we needed them. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again

The property is delightful, well situated between Mangawhai and lacing’s beach. Spacious with lots of sleeping options for a large group. It was lovely being able to take our dogs. The only minor issue was the bunk beds are really only child size and didn’t fit our teens

We had a great stay. The house was really comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Lots of room for two families. Lovely big garden for the dog, and walking distance to the beach and estuary. Thanks for making us feel very welcome. Wish we could have stayed another night!

We loved our stay at Tin and Kurt's place - the house was so spacious (enough for our group of 9) and was minutes from the shops and the beach. A bonus was being able to bring our furry friends along! We cannot wait to go back again :)

This is a spacious place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed here during a rainy week over summer and it was a great spot with lots of room and everything we needed to survive the indoor time. There is a big backyard and a lot of space for kids to run around outside.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home is huge and so beautifully presented and maintained. It felt luxurious but also very homely. The layout of the home is perfect for hosting big groups, an awesome kitchen with all the facilities we needed PLUS MORE!!! The couches are so comfortable, and the young ones enjoyed having the games room also. I need to mention also the beautiful deep bathtub and those were the most awesome showers I have ever been in - EXCELLENT PRESSURE!!! Our entire family had lots of fun in the spa pool and enjoyed the gorgeous views surrounding the property and my boys in particular had lots of fun on the massive lawn area. It was great being so close to all the shops and that magical beach. This is the perfect home for a family getaway. I highly recommend it. The host is absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was awesome ... very lovely people ...thank you so much for having us ?
