Great place, terrible host. We abided by the quiet time rules and went inside by 10pm but he still found ways to kick us out. Untrustworthy host.

This was a great property for our large group! Host was very accommodating. Cleanliness was average - Just a few things all around the property when we arrived but otherwise suited us perfectly. Pool and Hottub were great - except a little over chlorinated! Thank you for the stay.

Good times. Pool never heated enough for kiddos to enjoy, although we all loved the hot tub!

We had a great stay with our extended family. Plenty of room and the pool table was a hit!

I was in town with extended family for a week visit for family reunion and other events. We loved the large space to spread out with noisy kid rooms on the top floor and everyone else downstairs. We used most of the amenities and appreciated the quiet neighborhood on a culdesac which felt safe and walkable to nearby parks. The grocery store nearby was also very convenient.All in all this was a great value and we would stay again. There were some communication and accuracy issues I want to point out - not to discourage anyone from renting but for you just to be aware and to ask ahead of your stay. First of all, we were aware there would be pool/hot tub serviced but were not informed of the specific cleaning schedule. On our second day of the stay, the hot tub was drained and refilled (probably due to water quality) and took 3 days to reach temperature again. We were disappointed to not have the hot tub for half of our stay, but did enjoy it the days we had it. I would suggest asking about the cleaning schedule. The outdoor gas grill also did not function and needs to be repaired and the couch on the main level near the kitchen has broken feet. All in all these are minor issues but we could have used better communication - some of my messages asking questions about these imperfections were ignored for several days.Thank you for the great stay. would love to stay again with some adjustments made to make it even more comfortable.

The house was clean and as-listed by the owner. One of the four toilets was broken when we arrived and took most of our 4 night stay to get fixed. With a group of 20, having the basement toilet out of commission was pretty frustrating, but the owner did his best to get it fixed in a timely manner, so honestly I would still give 5 stars for that. I am giving 4 stars overall because the kitchen was not at all set up for a large group. There was a maybe 6qt pot as the largest pot in the house. There's no way to make any sort of large group meals with that! We couldn't make spaghetti, boil noodles, or make anything for our 20 person group without a huge hassle. We ended up buying a crockpot so we had something large enough to contain meals. There was also only 1 small frying pan. Have you ever made pancakes for 20 people with a pan that can only make 1 pancake at a time? I would not recommend that. Everything else was great, but the cooking implements were not at all set up for a large group.
