Large 7 Bedroom House in Bay View MKE

Great property for our group of 11. Nice living and dining area. Clean bathrooms with nice showers. Close to The Terrace where family wedding was held. Easy access to I794. Walgreens on the corner was convenient. Hosts were very responsive to any needs or questions we had. Plenty of on street parking. My family was impressed by the property and grateful for all the space. The only way the house could accommodate 16 is to sleep two in each bed.

Great home with lots of character and all the amenities. Comfortable gathering space, fully modern kitchen. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. We only found 3 1/2 baths rather than the 4 1/2 in the listing.

In Milwaukee with friends for Summerfest. This large house with many rooms was perfect for us to spread out and have both privacy and places to gather. Location was unbelievably great. Short drive to the airport, downtown, and Bay View. Bay View was a nice surprise, too, as we hadn’t planned to explore it, but it was fun with restaurants, shops and bars. We would definitely stay there again.

Took a trip to honor the memory of my brother Daniel who passed in California a year ago but was born and raised in Milwaukee. It was a time of coming together to get reaquainted and share memories. Good food, good company,good place to stay with lots of room. Very worth the effort everyone made to attend from as far as Portland,Seattle and Asheville to as close as Ellison Bay,Tomah and Milwaukee.

Overall we enjoyed the house, our first impression was thrown off a bit when we saw the screen ripping off the front door, but when we opened the door the room was lovely. Wifi was terrible and some needed it to do remote work. Dining room table was adequate but could be bigger for a 7 bedroom house, I would put a table cloth on it to cover the ugliness. The kitchen was nice but we had 11 people and only 7 dinner plates. If you are advertising 6 bedrooms you should have dishes for as many guests. We were quite alarmed at the noise coming from the basement, like voices or music, so we walked down there and realized someone was living down there (we could hear a loud movie playing behind the door) and had the same access code to our area of the house as the main entrance. This was unsettling as it was not disclosed that we would be sharing the building with others and that they had access to us and our belongings. We would love to hear more about this if you want to share.

Great property in a wonderful location. Walking distance to restaurants and close to the highway for easy access to downtown Milwaukee. The house is well stocked and there was plenty of room for a large family.

We stayed here with my sisters' families while in town for a baby shower. This home was the perfect place for our 3 families. The apartment in the back offered privacy for those who wanted space and the main house had the space our children needed to play and hide seek and just hang out. The home is in a great location with restaurants around the corner (Starbucks, Walgreens, etc.). It is also very close to parks and the beach. The home is also close to the highway which makes getting to other parts of the city very easy. The host was very responsive to our questions and provided detailed instructions for accessing the home.

Great place for large group. Lots of bedrooms and hand out spaces; dining room was perfect for meals and collaboration. The renovations are done well and the house retains the older home charm. Property managers were very responsive to any questions. Very clean and well equipped. There was nothing we needed to bring except our clothes. Absolutely would rent this home again. Two items to note: 1- the listing says 4 and a half baths, there are only 3 and a half. In the detailed floor plan it also says 3.5, but the main page needs to be corrected. 2- the driveway is too tight for anything but small cars. We had three cars: a dual axle pickup, a minivan, and a medium sized sedan. Dual axle could not fit in the driveway. The minivan could only fit in the front 1/3rd due to width, and the sedan had to go all the way to the garage. Street parking is plentiful, but you can’t tell from the pictures just how tight it is.

Great location. Easy check-in and prompt response and communication with the accommodating host. We had everything we needed to cook family style and enjoy staying in the home together. Everyone loved having their own room. Fun neighborhood. Close to the airport and lake. We visit Milwaukee every year and hope to stay here again next year. Thank you very much!!
