Very spacious, nice and quiet area.

Great rental for a large group, kitchen adequately stocked with utensils and pans for cooking. 4 bathrooms were great to have .House is in need of some repairs and some of the beds mattresses were a bit worn , we were charged for an infant as a full guest, and had to finish (dry/fold/dustribute) the bathroom towels laundry when we arrivedOverall a good rental in a great part of Boston

The house was perfect for our trip to Boston and the surrounding area. Very family friendly and would be a great location to bring a pup (trail right there which we walked on every day and small grass yard). Boston traffic was heavier than we expected but we had no issue taking an Uber to and from either. There’s a little grocery store and Duncan nearby. Quiet area but with convenient amenities. Jenny was very responsive and kind. Would stay again for sure!

The house is very nice and the layout is great. The third floor is super cool and the house is honestly a great price for what you get.

Wonderful host. Easy check in. House very roomy and comfortable. Great for family gatherings and furry friends. Great trail to walks your dogs right next to the house. We enjoyed our stay in this house which is in a great location between Boston and the beaches on the South shore.There was plenty of room for nine adults and four children in my family for one week and found it to be clean and comfortable. Jenny, the agent, was very responsive and helpful. We loved the hiking trail which led to a small beach nearby for collecting shells and watching the tide roll in. We were able to swim at Nantasket Beach which was only about 30 minutes away, and we took the subway from Quincy into Boston to see a lot of historical sites. I would recommend this home!

We had a family vacation for 10 people. The entire process was easy. From booking, checking in, logging on to the WiFi, using each of the rooms, bathrooms, and outside space - all intuitive, simple, and it felt like we were at home. The one item I would say to be mindful of; there are 4 bedrooms; 1 on floor one, and 3 on floor two, and the 3rd floor has an open-floor concept with a separate access door and has 5 beds, one of which is a bunkbed. It was perfect for our kids!The basement has a washer and dryer, easily accessible. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals at the unit. Our dog was happy with the outside fenced-in space - it gave him somewhere to run around safely.Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would be happy to stay with the Host again!

House was perfect for our group. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our hosting of several business associates attending the AIA National Show at the Exposition center. Jenny was the most communicative host I have ever worked with on VRBO and all at the house was as expected and more.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely area. We had plenty of space and were grateful for being in a quiet area to come back to after spending time in the city. Easy access to everything we needed. Most VRBOs I have been to (and I travel frequently with groups) have at least the essentials for cooking. We had to go buy quite a few necessities (including a smoke alarm battery). We left them for the next group, hope it helps! The bedrooms were comfortable, but the living room furniture needs an update. If you’re not spending much time there in the evenings you’ll be fine with everything else. Overall very spacious and met our needs. We would stay here again.

We really liked this house using it as a hub to go visit 6 different states. The rooms were well suited for the group of 8 of us and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay here again.

The house was very clean. All bathrooms and bedrooms were A+ We appreciated everything that was supplied with the house. Although there is a hiking trail nearby, I would have like a little area around the home to sit outside.As we explored the Boston and Quincy areas we found both cities the cleanest and safest we have ever visited. Thank you a most memorable time.
